I keep getting calls from this number several times a day. It's nerve wrecking because they never say anything. I never tried calling it back because of the new "call back" scam. I tried blocking the number, however, they find a way around the block.

Here a screen shot from todays encounter with these perps. These people called me about 6-8 times starting today. I didnt bother answering since the number was unfamiliar to me. After the 2nd-3rd call A LADY ran into my voicemail and caught a snippet of her speaking for a split second. She sounded like she was with and speaking to someone in the background as if the calls are pre-meditated. She says "theyre not answering, looks like we got a voicemail! Its a voicemail"! Her voice sounded as if she enjoys the attention in calling someone random purposely as a telemarketer. I also recieved the message saying to enter my 9 digit order number. I have no clue where an order has been placed from my end. This is just simply an annoying Inconvenience. PLEASE STOP CALLING!.

This phone number has called me five times before noon without leaving a message. I don't care who it is that's calling- it's harassment regardless.

Tried to get an upgrade phone through them.
They asked way too many questions and  after all that tell you to call them back to 'verify' and ask even more questions like full SSN and driver's license.
It is strange.
Asked to cancel my order - will need to watch credit card and phone accounts for strange activity
888-843-2485 is the number they ask you to call
web site calls itself 'Wirefly'
comes up as Simplexity LLC (US)
domain seems to be registered in US

I did an online chat with this company inquiring about my eligibility for an upgrade. I spoke to Rahul who could not help me. He proceeded to ask me for my mobile number, account #, AND pin/or password. WTF. Why would I give this info to him? He then sent me a "sales" telephone number 18003007066. I dialed the number but hung up. So I get two call backs from this 8888432485 # which I didn't answer. They leave a Vociemail message but it's just a woman (sounding like she is at home on a personal call) saying hello about 3 times. I am now very leary about this company and have changed my mind totally.

I actually made a call TO this # last night because it was "supposed" to be the toll free # for ordering a cell phone through Radio Shack. When the guy came on the phone the first thing he wanted was my # then my name and then my ssn! This didn't sit well with me because he didn't even ask me about my exsisting service or ask ANY clerifiying questions relavant to my Sprint acct. I ask him why he didn't need my pin or for me to verify anything, he said after he gets my ssn he can verify it in the system like that but I explained that my husband was the account holder, he said no problem he can still get access with mine! I hung up on him and called Sprint. They checked the # and said it was not the same # they had for radio shack customer support ! They gave me the correct # to call. But while I was on the phone with sprint, that same guy I hung up on called me back about 4 times. I blocked the #.

I had placed order with wirefly, received my order, my phone number on the invoice number was completely incorrect. I called them, and they were to have fixed it.NOT. Now I get bill from sprint, find they put another phone on my account, with phone number almost the same only 1 number different. First call the guy tried to sell me more items, when I insisted on getting the issue taken care of, he put me on hold, and never came back. 2nd call new person got a little more help. MAYBE.
The number sprint gave me to company 1-888-843-2485 I called  they wanted order number, I never order this so I have no number. I got no where, and they hang up on you.
It will be the last time, I order from wirefly. I didn't call the 2485 number and unable to find out who it is just that I was told by sprint that it was wirefly.

Call your credit card account and do not authorize any charges to your account, if its an auto paid thing,  if its a bill, you might want to call the carrier anyway and ask them politely  what happens once a phone number is assigned and the phones are in your hand  as if they were the order originators, then tell them about the situation, and that you have exhausted yourself trying to fix this and also getting a number local to you. Ask them to help or  to completely cancel the old phones and numbers and ask if they will give you the same deal.  The phones might be mixed up with someone elses account with that area code.  These people sound like a "processing service" and companies hide behind this and claim deal with them.. the amounts for problems you choose to call the carrier  about seem like problems are a way of daily biz for them. otherwise why would they say that. Verizon shouldnt care, and AAA probably doesnt. and if  they are trying to lock you into a 3 rd company,  they may be leasing verizon service and reselling it.  WHo knows what they do with phone numbers and records. I hope the monthly bills are paid to the carrier. if not,  these people may not be completely legal in reselling. Something isnt right. I can see if they had a 2 yr contract and sad if you cancel it  you get nailed,  but for problem solving with their crappy phone numbers and phones. SOunds like a dork mixed up the  orders.. I may be wrong. but use what they said against them. that isnt legal if you never even got proper service. and they already got money. You may wish to visit the Federal Consumer website to see what you can find. This does fall under specific laws for wireless carriers. You may be able to get them in trouble or to change the stupid predator rules. If that site was your home loan , you'd be foreclosed by now!  ( just a bad joke, im dealing with foreclosure mills and  fraudulent docs as we speak.) Sorry to vent. Good luck. post the follow up so we can all see!

if someone badgers you like that with numerous calls,  while they are speaking, click the star button twice and say loudly OPERATOR this is the call I reported please contact the ( make up some entity name )  This has worked for me. Or  lie and state some made up federal law code and that they can reach you in the future thru the Attorney General office and give them the case number ( my state CA)  AG 11-0 and what ever numbers you want , if its crooks this may help stop it. I literally have had every scenario for years, The worst was a credit card that took me 11 months to close and cancel it after a payoff. they kept charging me late fees on a yearly service after the account was closed 5 months i started getting calls it was 11 months after the first call. I literally got 39 calls total in 11 months each time the money was higher and higher  it was over  500 as I recall, in late fees @ 30 or 50 bucks for the  75  yearly charge lol.  . The calls began normal, I said supervisor please i have an issue you wont be able to deal with.. you dont have authority, each time  supervisors always were shocked and couldnt beleive .. yeah right, and promised to handle it and then blammo. a week later and they would call until i answered.. but it just kept happening . Finally i did the AG thing with false law codes AND THAT FINALLY WORKED. My hubby was laughing his head off . but  the bottom line.. account closed  no more calls.

Usually AAA are pretty good , i would call them complain about this supposed 250 thing and tell them the order is no longer acceptable. You do not have time for phone calls and  the very idea of a ridiculous fee such as that makes you want to cancel your whole AAA account. ( is the the auto club one?) if it isnt i apologize, i dont know that company. My experience with AAA ( Auto club of America)  has always been so good. I am sure if you speak to a supervisor and explain that the fee thing scared you, and you have been burned before and  it  just doesnt sit well.  Perhaps if its too late they may do some thing for you just to keep you happy. I agree with other poster.. SHAME on AAA. This where is my order.com sounds like a place that will share your new phone numbers and  burn up ur minutes or  waste your time . There is such a huge amount of the wireless number buyers and sellers. FYI when we got our verizon fios.. literally 43 minutes after the service with our new phone number, unlisted also, we started getting calls. $# mins made me feel like they sell it them selves. this was also after our old service got calls for 2 years for the same person almost daily and then 2 to 3 times a week. That started same day also.

I received two calls from this number (both times they went to voicemail). The voicemails mention something about a 15 digit number they need from me and that I need to call verizon about it. I called Verizon and they had no record of anything. Im ignoring the calls.

Three phone lines to my phone plan without my permission with AT&T.  When I called AT&T, the representative told me that someone at the company of wirefly overrode my password and placed the orders illegally.  They gave me this number as the contact number.  When I called, no one answered...of course.  Finally, when I dialed the sales number, they told me that there was nothing that they can do and I had to wait to talk to a representative with customer service.  My advice is to never place a order with this company and pray that they will go out of business.  Maybe then they can stop calling, cheating, and bothering innocent people.

The caller left me a voicemail stating that they needed to verify some information regarding an order I place with Sprint thru Bestbuy. The caller was asking me too many personal questions. the caller wanted my date of birth, my mailing address, my last for diggits of my social security nmber. The call came from India. I asked the caller several questions and she could not respond quickly or did not have an answer.

My vote is for Phishing SCAM. I Got an email saying someone I didn't know had added a line of service with Sprint. The email had their full name, address and telephone number. I tracked down this number for customer service to attempt to cancel the apparently fraudulent order. The Indian sounding man kept asking for the last 4 of my SSN in order to cancel the order. He refused to cancel at least 10 times. I finally hung up and googled the number this post is about number. A few hours later, I got an email saying the order had been cancelled even though I never gave the SSN.

Strange things: The woman's name and address turned up as valid but the city and state were wrong. Her name and address had been published on the Web in Dec 2009 on a public site listing recent foreclosures. Also, a google search on her phone number brought me to this site for a similar number associated with a FEDEX Phishing scam.

A man called Richard said he was from this number and needed my social security number for my t-mobile account.
'
I am filing police reports with each instance because someone seems to be trying everything to get my information right now. They added a phone line to my t-mobile account without my social security number and someone is calling my cell to tell me I need to reactivate my ATM card with my bank.'

Do all the fraud people have onslaught parties or something to see who can crack you first?
