It's from Reliant Final billing dept. They call because you only have 60 days to pay off your remaining balance before it's sent to collections!!!

This number called me too and said they are final billing with Reliant - I cancelled with Reliant a few weeks ago and did still owe about $50, which I paid over the phone. Several days later, I checked my account online and the new balance owed was $0. It IS legit.

this number has called me 2 dozen times, I keep telling them they have the wrong number but apparently they just don't get it! they identify themslelves as Reliant Energy. Now I know why I don't do business with second rate companies.

It is a scam. They said they were from "Final Billing" at Reliant. They wanted me to give them payment over the phone. I verified with Reliant - it was NOT Reliant.
