So you danced with these collectors for a few weeks and only decided to come running to a mystery caller site after the spouse got sued? Only now you want to cry to us about how you should have "worked with" the collection agency? Someone called from the process department and said they had documents for my wife and they were trying to serve her at an address we had 2 years ago. he gave me this 888#  but we never called in, i just figured it was some kind of scam or collection agency or something. a couple days later they called my wife's work and said the same thing to her manager & told her to call this 888 # to avoid being served at work, again we didn't call but a few days later a process server showed up at her office & served her which was very embarrassing to say the least. the documents are for a civil case that was filed against her, and now she's being sued for $3700. when she finally called this # to get info on what she could do to resolve this they said since she has been served they couldnt do anything to help her. we don't know how they knew where she worked since she's only been working there for 6 months, but now we're thinking we should have called & seen what they had to offer instead of having to go to court on this.

Someone named Scott Davis left me a message today that he was an independent process server. He said several failed attempts had been made to my address to deliver certified documents. The address he quote was invalid. He told me to call the above number and make an appoinment to have papers delivered and they would tell me what the papers were. I have not called. I've heard of a processer calling before showing up.

Someone named Scott called talking bout serving papers and more non sense.

My sister received a call from an officer brown. He said it looked like someone wanted to sue me. I called and asked if he was a cop, but said he's not an officer of the law just an officer.

Just received a very disturbing phone call from a Julie Fisher at this number, and I have no idea who that even is! She said that they are trying to serve me at my home address, but when they verified the address that they had they had an incorrect address on file. I told her that what she is doing is illegal and that I am going to report this to the BBB as well as to the attorney general.
