This number calls me daily, and they say they are "Human Arc", recorded message asking me to stay on the line. They all call me from several different numbers. I have never been to Cleveland, let alone received any type of services from a company out of Cleveland.  

It's legitimate... but the fact that it was an automated call gave me pause.  I thought they banned that sort of thing, but I do remember that politicians did exempt themselves and charities from call restrictions.

I think this is some sort of scam. This number is claiming to be HumanArc, a legitimate company that works with the Cleveland Clinic, but is trying to get money out of me.

The actual HumanArc works with uninsured patients to coordinate and reduce their health insurance costs.
