Are you the minister who crossed out the auto- gratuity for the restaurant server ( after accepting her service) and said you were a minister?

Definitely Comcast, like the others I recently disconnnected and starting getting this call.

That's some bull-loney.  Tell whoever answers to take you off the list **immediately** and that if you want their services again you'll give them a call.

If you call the number back, you can get in touch with an associate who you can ask to take you off the call list. She let me know that it could take up to 30 days to process the request, so I may still receive calls up until then.

Call from comcast services asking why I am discontinuing service.  Sometimes businesses aren't allowed to leave voicemail messages which I guess is why they keep on calling if they don't get a hold of you.

Yep Comcast. Told them that I am no longer in a comcast area and then keep calling. asked to be put on do not call list. they said they would and still receiving calls. added the number to a do not call list for my rooted phone. woot

Yes it's Comcast, and they gave me the same answer that by law they have a right to call me (which included 2-3 times a day and in the middle of the night).  This is not true, by the way, especially if you aren't a customer.  I'm surprised Comcast runs it's business like this because they just lost a potential customer in me.

It is definitely comcast. I had disconnected their service. I just got off the phone with them and am shaking! They put my phone number in, went over the account, and were about to hang up. I caught him before the line went dead. I told him, "You don't even know why I am calling". I explained that I wanted nothing to do with comcast, the only reason that they have my  number is for service calls, and they have no right to solicit me on a cell phone I pay for. HE tld me that he has the right to call me any time during business hours. My voiced raised and I disputed that. HE went off on me about "DID YOU CALL ME TO CUS ME OUT". I lowered my voice and he wouldn't let me talk... at all. REFUSED. I asked him what cus word did he hear? And, why shouldnt' I be mad that I didn't give my number to them for solicitation. I didn't even think he heard me because, suprise suprise, HE WAS YELLING ABOUT ME Cussing. I am a minister. I do not cus. SHAKING at the blatant ignorance of COMCAST!!!

Thanks for the info, i get a call from them twice to three times a day. I also discontinued my service from them. I hope someone could tell us how to block them because they're so annoying.

It's Comcast - calling because I discontinued their service.
They were giving offers so that I'll sign up again.

After a lot of calls and no messages left, I called the number back and it seems to be a Comcast sales call.  When you call them, ask to be placed on the "do not call" list.  Hopefully, that will work!

ok what does Comcast want or what does the call refer to?  i've been getting the same thing for  few days now...

Calls at least once a day and never leaves a message. Today I actually picked up and no one was there.

I received this call twice a day for a week. Have no clue or why and they leave no message.

I get a call from this number at least once a day.  No message ever left.
