I am signed up through Debt Shield.
I believe its Creditors Interchange calling. This Person(male)keeps calling states they do not work with any outside relief agency. Debt Shield just settled a balance with 1 of my cards. Still they state NO outside organization is eligible to settle with thier clients. So Wrong.
I let them leave a message, then delete it. I have yet to return them. If you return a call. they want instant money arrangements. Don't allow yourself to be led into the Lions den!

This company has begun calling my business looking for one of my employees.  After the first message was taken and delivered to the employee they continued to call our office.  They have been repeated told not to call this office that we are his employer and will not get involved any further.  I have told them that they are breaking both state and federal laws by continuing to call an employer after being told not to.  During my last conversation with "Shaun" he laughed at me and told me to go ahead and try to prosecute him.  Another posting stated that this company was calling from India and therefore could not be touched by US laws.  This maybe the case in this instance because of his response and reaction.  I am however going to have our attorneys contact Creditors Interchange and very nicely, but firmly tell them to cease calling my place of business.

My Lawyer is now on the job. They been calling over a month and I have recorded all them. Even though we told them the person is unknown and not at this number. My lawyer has already filled a herasment suit agaist them. This will be his 21 st suit against them with 100% in his favor.

I received calls from this number 888-865-3116 everyday around 5pm. It's the machine. it spelled out my name and asked me if i am a right person then it will connect me to someone. But I hung up before it transfer me to a real person.

I think it's all about my credit cards debts.

Any inputs here will be appriciate.

They call all the time. Messages are left that I need to call them back today with an important business matter.

They call at 8 a.m., 8:30 and again sometimes around 1:00 and again around 5:00.

This clown name is Alex.  This fool taking about this message is for Robert Freeman he need to call back soon about some business matter and he should not call back it will be some complication.  Now this fool should no that I am not calling back like some jack*** would.

I think some of the spammers started to use machine to call your phone. The machine has no foreign accent. It plays something like "We have a very important message for Andy Jackson (or some other name). Please call use back ASAP". This morning I got another spam call from them, they changed the words to "Your credit has problem. This is emergency..."

The same as above but said his name was David he spoke with my mom and was very rude and threating and she is not in good health. This made me very upset.

I have had them leave messages on my voice mail and you cannot even understand them, it is SO garbbled, after the third or fourth voice mail I finally was able to make out the message, something about an important personal business matter and to call "Mark Thompson" back, before it is too late, call back 1-888-865-3116 x4184.  He had a very heavy foreign accent, and there was a lot of background noise from others using phones in the same room.

Oh, PLEASE....

Even IF this debt belonged to you they couldn't collect on it, for the Statue of Limitations for enforcing this debt in the courts has LONG since expired.

Heavy foreign accent called and was trying to get information on a debt from 1986. I refused to give any information and they got angry and began to argue with me so I gave it right back to them. Finally they hung up on me.
