Hey AJ, I found this really good app for my android phone called Mr Number.  It totally blocks these people.  Once in a while I might see the call flash on my phone real quick before Mr Number intercepts it.  You should give it a try :-)

I get the same call. I answered. Automated asked me to hold for the next available agent. After holding for a few seconds. They ask for my husband. I told them he was not available (I'm at work). She said, "Alrighty" and just hung up in my ear!! If you try calling the number it says its been disconnected. Really strange!

They call over and over, like every two hours.  When I pick it up, it asks me to hold for the next available agent.  They've got to be kidding, right?
