Very same thing happened to me - I spoke with an Adam Clark too.   I was able to stop the charge on my credit card because I called the bank right away and had my card cancelled.  They still call my house all the time and yes, they got really angry with me when I told them I don't feel comfortable giving them my personal info.     I don't answer the phone.  Thanks for all that information though.   Good to know I'm not the only one.

I've been a victim just like all the others have described.  I've been charged $848 to allegedly lower my interest charges.  They had all my credit card information and paid one of my credit card bills with a $4,000 cash transfer from another credit card.  The balance on the account receiving the payment was only $1,500, and now I'm unable to get the remaining $2,500 credit balance returned to me.  When I began to feel uncomfortable and tried to cancel out, they threatened me.  They identify themselves at the outset in such a way that you think it's your own credit card company calling.  I tried reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and was told no such company exists!  I tried calling them back with the phone numbers they gave me, and never could.  The line was always busy or it simply rang and rang and no one answered.  Now, I've just to pay $848 plus $4,000, and it seems doubtful I'll have the $2,500 credit balance refunded to me.  Is that legal, too?  That someone can keep that credit balance?  It's my money.  Help, please!

LINK SOLUTIONS is some sort of phishing operation. A woman who identified herself as "Ashley" cold-called offering to arrange "reduction of credit card interest" & a week later unauthorized charges showed up in excess of $800 per account.

10-14-2011 --  I was contacted by this company also and had conversation with a few of them.  Believe they said  they're based out of San Diego, CA, company is called Link Solutions, was given their Ph. No. as 888-868-0538, and their Rep Simon at 888-779-8323, this is a false number for him.  I too had a call from a Bill Baker in Aug. 2011.

Thank you for all your messages.  I got the call too and half way through the recording I backed out and called my credit card companies to tell them someone had my personal information and to cancel my cards immediately. I may be one of the lucky ones and hope people read these messages before they get scammed.

They got me for $1095.00! They used all the same numbers you have listed and Mary was the last one I talked to. The initial caller was Sam Getshua (888) 577-7963 Ext. 293. then he transferred me to Bill Baker his # (888) 868-0538 Ext. 331 to pre-qualify me. Next I was transferred to Simon Quinn my financial adviser and I wrote down Green Care and he gave me the # (888) 779-8323 Ext. 618 and I also have the number (702) 853-0600 that I did call and got a voice mail but when I tried to call back again the number is no longer in service. He got the $1095.00 charged to my card then made a transfer for the total to another one of my cards. Then I had to talk to Mary who said she was from Link Solutions and gave me the same number as the first caller and I couldn't get her extension as I need to get off the phone because I needed to pick my son up from school. I also was given 2 different confirmation numbers. How can I get my money back? HELP I have not worked for a year I guess that is why I fell for this scam, I am desperate at this point. Can anyone give me any advise on what to do now?

Got a phone call today from 406-219-2301, 631-267-1020 and 954-703-2241 (all number for Credit Card Services) with a call back number of 888-868-0538 stating they could lower my interest rate to 6.9%. Even had my balance due and credit amount remaining on card + first 4 digits of the card number. Sounded very legit until they said I had to pay $956. I entered the 888 # online and got this website. Fraud/scam written all over it. Called credit card companies, cancelled my cards and had new ones issued. Also call consumer credit companies Equifax 877-576-5734 Transunion 888-909-8872 and Experian 800-680-7289 and put a freeze on my accounts so no one can apply for credit unless it goes through me first. Wish everyone luck!

The same exact thing happened to me. I feel so foolish for even buying into this.  They must have some very excellent persuasion skills because I can't believe I was talked into something so obvious. I gave up all of my personal information and it just kills me inside to know I could be so stupid even though I know much better. I had my doubts the entire time, but their social engineering skills just really took advantage of me.

The ONLY thing that saved me from getting charged is my credit card company denying the charge due to an abnormal amount being charged ($1200.00) compared to what I usually charge.  So when it was denied, they did the 3 way calling thing to my credit card company so that they could approve the charge.  When the representative of the credit card company was telling me why is was denied and was going to transfer me to another department, I was strangely disconnected.  So they reconnected the call back to the bank and we went for a round 2 to approve the charge.  Same thing happened and we got disconnected.  Now the 3rd time we tried, we asked to speak the same supervisor at the bank who was suppose to approve the charge or something.  The only difference was that the voice has changed yet it was suppose to be the same person. At this point I just hung up the phone and started doing research on all of this.

The information I gathered from them by asking questions is the following:
Business Name: Green Care or Green core or Link Solutions or Link Salutions
Website: http://www.LinkSolutions.com  (Hanah Abdi told me this was the company website)
Description: Visa Mastercard Services
Representative I spoke to: Toni Davilva (initial caller), Adam Clark (general manager), Hanah Abdi (financial advisor), and Mary ? (transaction processor)
Business #'s Acquired: 1-888-868-0538 / 1-888-777-8323 / 1-888-779-8323 / 1-631-267-1020

The same thing happened to me here in California.  They told me that I had approved it on tape and that it couldn;t be reversed.  After several phone calls when nothing happened on my account, I was told that I would have to get approval from a supervisor for a refund - but that call would be coming at a later date.  I talked to an individual named Cindy and after telling me there were no supervisors around, she miraculously found that the supervisor had already signed off on the refund and that it would take 2-3 weeks.

Last Monday I called again back  after findig out that mothing happened on my account.  Supposedly I am supposed to get a phone call from a supervisor tomorrow -- if I don;t i will be on the phone to them.  They charged $983 to my Visa account.  The address they gave me was 616 Corporate Way, Valley College, N.Y.  The number that I called seveal times was 888-779-8323.  I didn;t want to do it in the first place and when I said no, they sent me to several other people. Everyone I talked to was vey proessional at first and then became more verbal as I asked questions or was not comfortable with the situation.

If there is a lawsuit -- please give me the particulars -- I can;t even find them on the Internet or throught their phone numbers.  I did, however, see the Corporate Way address on Google earth.

Today I found out my mom was scammed by these same people, after I looked them up!
Same exact senario as above people. She is a senior citizen, and they bullied her into giving all her security code info, and told her she could not change her mind, and told her she had to say yes to these charges. They also said they were from her credit card co. Very rude, kept transferring her to 2 other people, and got her all rattled. I will also contact BBB, and Consumer protection agency in NJ
Also use tel. #'s of 888-577-7963 and 888-779-8323

Yes, they have offices in Orlando and Miami FL.  There number is 888-577-7963.  I told the guy I was having phone issues and he gave me that number.  I called it and it works.  I talked to the lady in the office and she told me the name of the company and all the info.

If you are wanting to sue, you can add me to the list.
