Thanks so much for the information update.  This beast of a woman is harassing me night and day.  She is crazy to say the least.  How to file a formal complaint with BBB and the State of PA or for that matter the USA.  They need to find her and bust her and set her up in a jail cell.

I've been getting calls on my work phone.  When I answer a recorded message has already started to repeat itself.  Leaves 888-870-4030 as a call back number and with a "case file number" to reference.  Yeah, right.  No legit business calls with a recorded message for anyone to hear about a legit debt.  That's illegal.

This company has been calling and harassing my family for damn near 4-5 months. I have spoke with a Robert and a Marvin Smith. Yesterday was it. I told them son of a bi****s that they can come to my house and do what the hell they need to do. I have a right to carry conceal and fire at any damn time and i will fk them up. Robert talks like he is uneducated and the lil file clerk they have is dumb. She asked me was my last ssn number "wxyz" i told her no she tells me to hold on and comes back and states i mean is it "abcd". NO STUPID BI***. They called my uncle law firm and told him that they didnt care if he was my lawyer that they need to speak to me. He instructed them to take the papers and go the hell if they couldnt talk to him. Marvin is nothing but a processor server. GET A REAL JOB. Robert is nothing but a walmart security guard that has a banana as a weapon. I HAVE CONTACTED THE FBI ON THEM ON CALLED BBB. IF THIS CALLS DONT STOP I WILL FIND MYSELF ON THE NEXT TRIP TO THEIR LOCATION.

The woman or beast as I like to call her the beast calling from this number is a joke. Very out of line and very uneducated. I feel bad for people who take jobs like this. Not only are they calling everyday and asking for the wrong person but they are not a legit business. I have reported this number to the FBI and the FTC as well as my attorney general and highly suggest you do too. Harassing and unidentifiable phone calls are a waste.

They call from a blocked number leaving messages that they will serve me at my house and work. Bunch of harassing BS! I'm going to report this to the attorney general.

These people keep calling restricted, after 5 calls back to back I answered and someone claiming to be Marcus Smith with the United Service. Then he preceeded to tell me he would be sending a sheriff to my address and to my job to pick me up...for what? They call all day long, is this legal? This is the number Marcus Smith gave me 1-888-870-4030.
