I have the same problem.  They won't stop calling.  Some times I get a person on the phone (rarely) and ask them to stop calling.  They hang up before I finish asking, or other times they just laugh and hang up.  Most of the times though, I just get a message.        They do call on a daily basis.  I have never done any business with this  company before[Progreso Inanciero].   If any of you have the same problem you can file a complain on the Do not call registry web page.     Not everyone receives the calls from the 888-870..... Number, sometimes they call from other numbers but they all show that they are from Florida.

Yes, businesses whose representatives post illiterate, un-punctuated, all-caps testimonials are very much to be trusted, I'm sure. There's really no need for you to post here: Anyone dumb enough to fall for this scam is unlikely to be able to find 800notes.com on the web anyway.

Incessant robocalls

I have been getting several calls a day. There is no answer on the other end. I just got a new phone and received the calls on that new phone - the calls continued to come in after I had my previous number put on my new phone.

These people are calling me 3 times each day. If I answer, I get a spanish recording. Very annoying, this is harassment.

This # belongs to Progreso Financiero, a lending company. It sounds that they call from outside of the country because I could barely understand what they are saying (in Spanish)

These people are running a scam and don't give them any information!  They just hang up on you when you call them.
