This number is just trying to sell you something.  I got a deceptive letter stating somethign like, we have tried several times to reach you by phone but have been unsuccessful.  We're attempting to reach you regarding an entry form you recently submitted.  You  must respond within 72 hours to confirm your entry.  CALL TODAY TO VERIFY YOUR ENTRY!!!!!!
