someone from c.c.r. called me about my daughter who lives in arizona and told me it was about an investigation regards of social security number and i was the power of attorney i certaintly don't by this so i asked for his number and i would call my daughter up and tell her i was not about to give out any information or her number he asked if he gave me her birth date would i let him know if it was right i of course i said no way the number he gave me is 1 866 845 0737

Called my mother stating Fraud Claim against me;  I called them the following morning, CCR aka Checks and Credit Reporting said that Southern Tier Agency owns my debt from FTR Processing. Spoke with a Frank Lewis @ ext 245 he said they will file a Fraud case against me in my county in Ohio.  My FTR debt was submitted to an agency last year to send them payments for me debts which FTR has been accepting so there should be no reason for me to owe them any money

The guy on the phone said that he was District Attorney and about to issue some warrants on my brother. The District attorney didn't give any details about the warrants, but only to have him call this phone number 1-888-872-1338 before the warrants were issused.
