They just called me again. Of course it dials multiple numbers and takes the 1st victim to answer. That is why you get hang ups. It is solar. I have had Pool Solar for 16 years and PV Solar for 4 years so it is a waste of time. This solar calling has been going on for at least 3 years or more. We Average at least one a day. Some I threaten to set my old fax machine to call their outbound line and put it on unlimited repeat if they ever call again.

Get these calls on a daily basis. I answered it the first few times and no one said hello. I hung up and called the number back. Of course it was out of service. They call 2 to 3 times a day. I finally blocked the number. They still call. The phone only rings once now and becomes blocked. You would think they would get the hint...

Claimed he was working with the City of Riverside and my house qualified for solar power and wanted to have his salesman come by to explain the program.

Had two calls today so far from this number, left no message, don't you think they would get tired of calling when I never answer the phone to numbers I don't know.

He said he was returning my husband's call. When I tried to ask when he had spoken to my husband, he told me it was not my turn to talk and if I was going to be rude and not shut up, he would let me go. I laughed an he hung up. I believe he used the name "California Green Energy".

No idea what they were after because I didn't answer. A call back got the standard 'not in service' message - must be a spoofed number. How do they do that? Is it a stolen phone?

I keep receiving calls from this number-first on my landline then they immediately call my cell number.
