If you have seen this post on another number it is because it is duplicate, There are soooo many numbers calling my job all day. So I figured I would put all of them on here and see if anyone else is having the same problems that we are.

This number is for some sort of pharmacy as some of you already know. I have tried numerous times to call back and no one answers. When they call, they ask for someone, may or may not be anyone you know. Then, if you say, "they are not in" or "you have the wrong number" they proceed with "Well mam, are you currently taking any medications and if so, would you like to refill your prescriptions today?" You can say anything, tell them to "F" off, shut up, go to Hell if you want, or even ask them politely, but they will still call!!!!!! It is making me and my co worker crazy! They are obviously foreign and they try to act like they are not. They also will even go so far as to say, "You have a nice voice, can I have your email?, Can you send me pics?" Ugggghhhhhh!!!!!!I swear that everyday I can count at least 100 calls on the caller ID, or more! Just today, by 1:00 pm, I have counted 112 calls. There should be a law against this kind of crap.
Anyway, I know this is not for venting, but I feel a lot better since I got all of that out. If anyone knows how we can stop this please let us know.

Call the toll free number by pay phone daily and leave it hang on the main number or further press '2' for sales, and harrass them back,  they love it.   I have many people working on this now, expand the coverage, power to the people, not to these idiots!

Well, my wife actually did die in 1999.  I was still getting calls from these pharmacy types for her in 2006!!
She never even bought anything. Our daughter used my wife's name ONE TIME on a medicine order in 1997 and they were still calling asking for her in 7 years after she was dead.

These people are scum. If you ever do lose  someone that close to you , you will understand how truly gut wrenching it is to have people calling asking for them long afterward.  It is like opening a box of horrible
feelings you THOUGHT was buried long ago.

Lets just constantly prank them back, all the time any time, use a pay phone so that get charged. If we all act together we can do it.  Give the number out to all of your friends and use pay phones.  Power to the people.

Not sure if anyone is still reading this thread anymore, but I thought I'd mention the little trick I use on telemarketers, including the one that calls from this number.  I simply tell them in somber tone that the person they are calling for has just passed away and when some of the particularly insensitive callers proceed to to actually try to sell to me, I tell them that they are horrible people for using that tactic on someone who is clearly in mourning. Not my finest moments, but it truly has decreased the number of telemarketing calls I receive.

These people MUST be dealt with.   If the physical address is a good one, I suggest we agree on a date
in the next month, and we ALL mail them a package..... of crap!   With a note that says: " You will not
cease calling us with your ShXt,  just wanted you to see what it is like!   We are now organized & this will continue until you start honoring do not call requests."

Something to that effect. These people need to be SHOWN there IS a downside to not honoring our do not call
requests.   And several packages of crap showing up in their mail should get the message across!

Your thoughts?  Are any of you THIS angr? Ready yto do something to protect your rights?  It is up to us, people. We are the only ones who care!

These people are calling a friend of mine in another state and my name comes up on her phone with the above number.  I called it to see why they were using my name.  I'm pretty sure he was Indian as I work with them daily. (Unrelated!) He got furious and told me never to call there again. I told him since they were using the phone system to sell drugs and use my name, the FBI would probably be interested.  I think they access peoples' emails, get the names of their friends and use that to get them to answer the phone.  The FBI overrules state laws for phone usage.

Another "US Pharmacies" caller - they won't stop, even if you say you haven't gotten prescriptions from them in the past and aren't interested. Sheer harassment, plain and simple.

Follow-up on previous post...

I did a little more research on the company and found out the address I used in my previous post belongs to a motel called "Relax Inn". I called them to ask if the company was using their phone or address for business purposes, and the woman said she knew nothing about it. Since it appears to be a small, privately owned, hotel, and since whoever answered the phone had a similar accent, they may or may not have been telling the truth. Either way, I advised them that I was going to be calling the Panama City Beach Police Dept.

I did file a report with the police dept and they were aware that the address the company is using is in fact a motel. They were interested in the fact that the telemarketing company was using the address and filed it as a fraud complaint. Any harassment, however, they said I would have to file with my local police. Either way, I hope these people now know I mean business.

Anyone else who gets calls from these people can also call the motel (Relax Inn, 850-763-5347)and the Panama City Beach PD to file another report, and/or they can call and harass the company right back as suggested by Jim. However, I would be concerned that the latter suggestion could backfire and the wrong parties (those who are getting harassed by this company) could get in trouble.

I suggest calling them repeatedly just like they call us. They get really annoyed with this. If enough of us do it, maybe they'll be forced to quit harassing people. Calling their toll free number many times in a row ties them up and really aggravates them. You can call them ten times in a row and tell them to stop. Got a free minute in line at the supermarket? You know what to do!

Their other number is 800-598-8516. They claim it's their Massachusettes "warehouse" but it's the same guy who answers!

Give 'em a call (or 20) and tell them what you want!

They call my cell phone almost daily. I have advised them to remove my number from their list, but they refuse. I have asked for a supervisor and they just hang up on me. Today, I told them I would call local law enforcement for harassment and the male caller said, (with a non-English accent), "I will call the police on you for harassment."

I have reported them to Sprint and I will get law enforcement involved, but as I suspected, they are calling from Florida so they are probably more able to get away with things from there. I don't know the business legal system there, but it seems companies there do not have to take the same responsibilities as they do from other states.

I have found their information at www.yourmds.com as follows:

Everyone who has been called from this number should inundate that postal address with mail to stop harrassing people who request them to remove their numbers. Since they say they are using actual medical doctors, I would even suggest a report to the American Medical Association. This has been going on for months and I am fed up with them not caring.

They call constantly, day and night.  Most of the time they just hang up.

I have resorted to asking them to hold, and then putting them on hold until they hang up.  Once they stayed with it for 5 minutes...lol.  Hope it costs them by the minute.

I get called from this number almost daily, and it's been going on for months.  I've told them to stop calling, put them on my fax, don't answer most of the time, and nothing works.  The person says he's from "The Pharmacy."
