I got that same message. And her name was Megan Scott and she told me that they were going to send a processor out to my home and or my job within the next 24 to 48 hours. First of all they don't call you when papers are going to be served....they just show up!....Come people get a REAL life!...I am going to file a police report on them because they can't be doing this to people if they don't have the money to pay back a debt....Get real!!

I did some additional looking on this company. ACS is also listed on ripoff report.com and alot of the reports filed there referred to a paydayloan company by the name of Cash Advance USA ~ I went and looked them up and found this on their website: http://www.cashadvanceusa.net/contact_us.html
they are advising you to contact the local authorities and/or stopfraud.gov. I am guessing they have been flooded with calls about this as they have listed this disclaimer on their webpage.

I forgot to add that i know I have no checks out there because I never ever ordered checks on my account. Used a debt card and cash only!

Just had the same thing happen to me too. My father in law called because they called him and they told him the exact same thing. They apparently are calling my family members telling them they have an arrest warrant for me. They also elaborated stated if I didn't turn myself in within 24 hours this was going nationwide. I will be making the suggested calls and reports as listed above. Seriously if you are a legit debt collector just call I'll give you my address and you can mail a bill! Really to scare the daylights out of my father in law is uncalled for.

I just received a phone call from a Private number she said her name is Amber White she told me to call 888-876-0901 within 2 hours or she will bring the authorities to my job or home to serve me papers she wouldn't give me any information what it was about. I told my boss about the phone call and he told me not to call them so we are waiting to see if she serves me the papers with the authorities. I'm also going on my lunch hour to file a police report and I'm reporting them to the FTC.

The same exact thing has been happening to me, some woman who calls herself "Megan Scott " said if o don't pay for a unknown loam that has a 125% interest rate . Someone will come to my job an serve me court papers!  Its apparently a scare tactic .. this people won't send any paperwork but when you mess with there head an say you have this much money, they'll take it!!  Their address of business is a "P .O box " really?

ive been getting phone number of blocked or private that has been calling me and threatening and harrassing me saying that they are going to come out with local authorities to my home or my job and serve me court papers and arrest me on fraudulant check charges that i made when first of all i never made any fraudulant check charges. it's a debt company calling they get all your info from online. i have been getting calls at work and on my cell. but they are scamming people everyday and i dont go for that. first of all companies dont call from a blocked or private number and they will leave you a phone number to contact them back and not another phone number to call. companies will call you from a working ph line with a phone number when they call. these people are all working as a team scamming us to get info. Whats weird is when you call the number they give you to call and then you do and they say to call the lawyer it says nothing about a lawyers law firm. First of all if it was a legit lawyer firm they leave legit messages and not what these messages say when you call and they are not available. Real lawyers and attorneys have messages and they have a local ph number not these numbers you can get online like these numbers 1-888-826-0901 and 1-888-876-0901. hmmm it's pretty weird how the first three numbers are 826 and 876 and the last four numbers are the same 0901 but different people answer saying blue ribbon and acs offices. so i played along and left messages and of course i got  no phone calls returned. Well i hope this really helps. Also report them to the FTC and make a police report with your local dept. and then let them know the next time they call. ask them to send you papers by mail and they will tell you we cant we have to collect the money then we will. Real legit companies will send you info, bills in the mail and wont act like these people do. & record everything they say even when they leave a message to you....
