As the owner of RJ Gray & Associates, and the owner of 888-877-2004, please allow me to say that our company has absolutely never ever called anyone on the list below.

If anyone does ever receive unwanted calls as described below, and caller ID or the individual claims to be calling from 888-877-2004, please call that number back.  I will personally answer it and kindly tell you that I never called you.

Again, and for the record, RJ Gray & Associates has never called anyone on the list below.

man calls says his name is Mr Wilson but will not tell you whom he works for.  States that you owe money and if you don't call him back with a statement he is going to fax over papaerwork to your employer. When I tried to call the number back he does not even answer the phone by a company name he just says hello and wants to get your information but refuses to answer any of your questions.

Mr. Miller and Mr. Millington both have same voice and same extension of 304. Mr. Miller is main name calling me for past two months stopped calling me when i asked for more info regarding debt. Mr. Miller called back around easter and I finally called him back today. Mr. Miller wants me to send money via person to person money gram from walmart tomorrow to Howard Carmack some attorney. By searching Howard Carmack you get the Buffalo Scammer which guess what Mr. Miller's Howard carmack is in Buffalo New York and after searching New york Lawyer data base there is no such lawyer  by that name. Mr Miller is going to get in ear full from me tomorrow and I also reported him to the FTC I suggest everyone does the same IT"S A SCAM the guy knows where I bank and my home address but not where I work.

Man (Mr. Millington) calls several times and leaves message that he works for the judgement and claims department and he has a matter involving my SS# and it is urgent that I get back to him or he will take matters into his own hands and send the paperwork to my employer. Now I know that if you can get a street address and name of the company they work for youcan send them a cease and desist letter and as well a request for proof of  debt, the thing is these people will not give you that info nor will they tell you exactly whom the debt is owed to.  They are very unprofessional and apparently do not know the laws for debt collecting.  If they are a true debt collector they will give you all the information you are requesting.

calls at work, threatening saying owing $300  - won't say for what, then calls back several weeks later at workplace saying owe $600.  callers name is mr wilson, mr miller, mr gray.   tells you that matter can be settled if a check number and routing number is given out to consumers opportunity group. caller id is from new york.

they keep calling....identify themselves as mr wilson, mr miller, and howard carmack.  if you check out mr carmack he is a scammer in buffalo new york and in chicago.  they also go under the name consumers opportunity group or rj gray association.  WTF!!!!!

Did you call him back?  Did your employer receive whatever paperwork he is claiming he is going to fax?

received several calls from this rude man - first he says his name is mr wilson and if i don't get back with him he will fax paperwork to my employer then the same voice calls as mr miller saying he received an email to this matter, whatever matter this is.  who are these idiots.

keeps calling at work saying that if i don't respond asap he will fax over paper work to my employer.  have told them i was not able to talk at work and not to call work.  he goes by mr wilson or mr miller.  they also withdrew money from my account without authorization.  when i informed them that i informed bank not to withdraw any funds without my knowledge and that i will contact police to look into matter he got very upset and started threatening about informing my employer. how do i get them to stop calling especially at work.

Man named Mr. Wilson calls and states that he has information about a debt that is tied to my SS# and says if I don;t return his call he will send paparwork to my employer.  Does not state what caompnay he works for.
