Same old crap at least three times a week.   "This is Brian with a courtesy call .... blah...blah... blah!!!!"    I called the 888 number and some gal said your number will be removed.     How do I get a job with the useless Government Agency "Do Not Call Registry".   Another example of Government hand outs of our tax dollars.    Vote the jerks out of D.C.

I keep getting calls from this number about eliminating a timeshare that I do not have.  I called the number and turned the tables by telling them that I would be glad to help THEM eliminate THEIR timeshare.  The guy who answered the phone, in a smart alecky retort, stated that he needed six weeks in order to make a decision.  I told him I would call him every two weeks just to make sure he didn't forget about me.  What a scam!!

I have gotten several calls from 888 881 0116. I called it and asked to be removed. Tried calling FCC but they are closed due to gov. shutdown, of course. I am in northwest WI. Area code 715.

A VERY obnoxious person answered when I called to have them remove me from their list.

This number calls about 6 times a month.  I have called and told them I do not own a timeshare and to please remove my name from their list.  They say they will but never do.  Today I called and talked to a "Leah" and she was very snippy.  Told me every time I dial 1, which you have to dial to call them back, it registers me again.  Whatever.  Today I am filing a complaint as I am on the Do Not Call list.

Lodge a complaint with the FTC @ 877-382-4357. If enough complaints are made, maybe we will stop getting these calls! The FTC does not handle individual complaint  but adds each to a database. When enough complaints are made against a company, then the complaint will get addressed.

Like you all I have received numerous calls from this company from # (360) 322-6030. I too have requested they take me off their list. They gave me an address of 2463 West 1980 Street, Cerritos, California, 92674. I have made notifications to the FCC @ 1- 888-CALL-FCC. The National Do Not Call list @ their website and Contacted The FTC @ 877-382-4357. If enough people call the FTC and register their complaint maybe we can all get these calls to stop. Please call, it only takes about 5 minutes of your time.

After receiving calls from this number at least every other day, I called the number back to ask where my timeshare was located. I, like others, would love to visit where ever it is located. Ryan was extremely rude when I told him I would call back every time they called me just to annoy them. He hung up. I called back and this time I spoke to Roy and again asked where the time share was located. He told me that my husband (and he gave his full name) owned one in North Carolina. When I told him I would love to visit since I did not know about it, he said "I'm just kidding, he doesn't own a time share". I AM GOING TO CALL THEM EVERYTIME THEY CALL ME AND ALSO REPORT TO DO NOT CALL LIST.

have asked for them to please stop calling,new excuse system has been down needs 2 weeks to fix problem.Dont believe that since the calls have been going on for months.How can someone get off this list?

Yeah, we started getting these calls exactly when the debt collectors started in on us. Ironically, the debts were for maintenance fees on time shares (which are for five time shares owned by my elderly in-laws who are in a nursing home). So we ignore them as we ignore all such calls.
This is why they can legally make the calls - debt collections are exempt from no-call lists unless you specifically TELL them to remove you. And then they just call you from another number, so don't bother.

have been getting repeated and unwelcomed phone calls from company identifying themselves as Isosceles regarding my (non-existent) time share. The number which appears on my caller ID is 360-322-6030 (somewhere in New York State from the area code). I have repeatedly requested they remove my number but they are evidently unwilling to do so. I have told them I am on the DoNotCall List but that seems to mean nothing to them. Have received two calls this week. Why is this obvious scam not being shut down? To whom do we report this harassment?

I have never owned a timeshare and am on the national and State do not call list.  I called them back, today, and told them to remove my number from their list as I do not own a timeshare.  The man who answered said "ever heard of a mistake?"  I said yes, ever heard of the FCC, because I'm going to report you.  He then said, then I'm not taking your number off our list and hung up.  I just reported it to the FCC.

I continuously get this call also even tho I've never owned a time share and I'm on the do not call list.  It's annoying.

I think this is related to Portfolio Recovery. They call me several times a day, for almost a year now regarding some alleged debt from years ago. IF YOU DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE FOR THEM, I BELIEVE THEY USED THIS TIMESHARE BS TO TRY TO GET YOU TO CALL THEM BACK. IGNORE THEM BOTH

My caller ID says the call's from 360-322-6030 in Marysville,WA. I keep getting this message every few weeks or days.I They even sent me a letter in the mail ! I have never owned a time share in my life. Same for my family. Last month
( August 2013) I finally called back & told them to stop calling. The guy said HE KNEW I DON'T HAVE A TIME SHARE & said he'd remove my number. Hung up when I said I'd file complaint with FCC. How do these people get my phone # & address? I'm on every do not call list available since they started !!

I have recieved numerous calls from this company on almost daily basis, I have asked numerous time not to call but they continue, whom may I areport this too. I find this very annoying .

This is a scam.  They change their name frequently.  The claimed to be The Giving Grace Alliance but, "The giving grace alliance" has no google results.  There is no mention of it anywhere on the internet.  They likely change the name that they tell customers frequently so that people can't look them up online.  They also claimed to be non-profit, which I highly doubt.

8/15/2013 I received a phone message.  The caller withheld their identity.  They said it was "Time Share Elimination" and to call back at 216-282-014.

I called then ask to not call anymore, or I was goinging to report them. She sais they would call me back tomorrow,

They've been calling me for months. I always follow their instructions and remove my number from their list. Doesn't work. Finally got someone on the phone. Then another person when the first angrily hung up on me. They actually say they're a non-profit and don't have to pay any attention to any do not call lists. Yet perhaps they should pay attention to their own list?  No I don't have a time share.  Apparently Theresa Rojas does. That's who they've been trying to call.  Then perhaps they should not be calling my cell phone, a number I've had for ten years or more?

7/23/2013   I got a VM from Brian from "Time Share Maintenance Elimination" at 253-753-9030 who said to call back at 888-881-0116.  I called Elise who said they do time share eliminations for 95% of the time share companies world wide. I ask her what was the name of her company.  She said Isosceles like the triangle. I did not give her any pertinent information.  She tried very hard to have me call back in about 45 minutes to a number.  I did not take the number and said it was not a good time to call back.

They did it again on July 10, 2013 and when I called back some guy complanied that he was only trying to get some business.  I told him to take my number off his list and he hung up on me.  Enuf of this.  I'm complaining to the BBB and suing them.

Time share crooks, calling all the time.  Number on Caller ID is 253-753-9030.  Keep leaving messages to call 888-881-0116.  I don't own a timeshare and never have owned one.  Been on the do not call list since its inception.  Have a call blocking announcement, etc.  They still get through.  Would love to meet these crooks face to face after they are sent to prison for 20 years.

I received 3 calls from 253-753-9030 in 5 minutes giving the the same "eliminate timeshare maintinence fees" message call 888-881-0116 . I called and "Stacie" answered "Thank you for holding"  I tried to explain nicely that I don't want these calls but before I could get the words out of my mouth she rudely said "We can remove you from our database" and hung up on me!  I hope that works!

I receive calls from this number almost daily leaving messages on how to avoid timeshare maintenance fees. I have called them back politely to remove me and they say they will do so but it will take seven days but they still continue to call. When I asked to speak with a supervisor I am either hung up on or transferred to a recorded message advising me to email my request. I am afraid if I do that I would just be inviting email SPAM. I finally did speak with a supervisor and was informed that since this is a sales advertising call there was nothing he could do about and that if I didnt wish to be disturbed, I shouldnt answer their calls! They are calling my business phone, so how am I supposed to do that.

Just checked my caller ID and saw that it also had the 702 520-2310 number and then says it takes 72 hours to get off their list. One more call and I will call an attorney to sue their a**...
