Yes, this is UK Healthcare. I ask some questions as I thought I was only 10 days late in paying and had called last week to let them know I would be late. I discovered something I didn't know. My statement date is 9/22/2012 and the "due date" is 10/05/2012. Kay told me that the statement date is actually the due date and the "due date" is actually the grace period date. So, I was 23 days late as opposed to 10. She worked with me to change the statement date so that I don't have to be concerned about being late again.

Call was from 'Latrice' for my spouse. Number given was 888-881-5277. Caller ID was 276-4207. No extension. Bet it's patient accounts, but I DID pay the f---ers last week!

The number on my phone was 276-4207. A woman named Kay left a message with my full name (she butchered my last name lol) and asked me to call her back at: 888-881-5277, extension 4204.
