I got the same junk fax from N & M Marketing.  It sounded too good to be true, but I called and they refuse to give any info about their company or location.  Ask too many questions and they hang up.  Just looking for stupid people.  Think about it, if Blue Cross, Cigna and the big player can't offer this type of policy how can some losers operating out a basement in Texas do it?  Pure scam starting with the illegal fax and ending with them stealing your money like all the people above have experienced.  Why doesn't the FCC crack down on this scam?  Too busy wasting our money...

Anyone stupid enough to believe these faxed offers of health insurance for $89 or vacations for $99 deserves what they get.

Were you able to get your money back?  Did you have to advise your bank not to allow any payments to go thru to this company?  I've also been dooped into this and have been waiting for my insurance paperwork and cards.  I feel so ashamed that I've fallen for this scam.

Did you ever get an insurance card from them?  My daughter just told me she gave them her checking info today and now I?m worried!

I gave them my bank account information to get health insurance and never heard back from them again.  The only reason I know they still exist is the fact that my bank account is now empty yet they still continue to send me unsolicited illegal faxes even after they took my money.  Big scammers.  Beware!

shady, they only take paymetns from your bank and do all the paperework over the phone, payments monthly are taken from your bank, when i asked how they could take money out of my bank woth out me signing anything Stacy said it was just like you pay a bill online.  So how could you stop them form taking money.  Comment was also austin as a city.  She said they had a web site but it was down itw is advantagehc.com.  you can look it up oin whois and see the anems of the owners.  looks like a scam to me but i sure wish it was real!

Received another unsolicited fax from these guys for Bogus Health Insurance.

I get the same info faxed regularly to my work fax number (which delivers faxes to my e-mail box.  The latest one arrived 10/23/08, this time from fax number 877-488-5660.  
I've ignored, I've called the number to remove from the database - and still they arrive regularly, usually on a Wednesday or Thursday, always with the message that the open enrollment offer expires Friday . . . which seems extremely fishy.  I would think any legit company would not have such short time frame for enrollment.
I'll be registering my work fax number on the "Do Not Call" list . . .

Same SCAM different number. Health Plans are required to be licensed, just like Insurance. If they can't tell you who they are and who licenses them its a SCAM. Any one can get a 800 number in about ten minutes. Thats the only thing these people are good at. They just want to suck money out of your checking account. Forget about calling their remove from database number, that will just get you more blast faxes. Complain to the FCC or the FTC regarding blast faxes. Complain to your State Department of Insurance if you thought you were buying an insurance policy or a legitimate health plan. Every Health Plan and every Insurance plan are required to be licensed in every state where they are sold. (ie: If you live in Colorado and the marketer says he is in Nevada, what ever he is selling has to be licensed in Colorado and he has to be licensed in Colorado) It the marketer you speak to can't or won't provide you with the name of the licensed product they are selling its a SCAM.

Complain to your State Attorney General's Office they should all have a consumer fraud unit & if they don't shame on them. Complain to your state and federal law makers. Why do they allow this to happen to their citizens? If you know of a consumer reporter in your area let them know also. Once everyone knows about these SCAMMERS they won't be making any money and they will have to go back to robbing liquor stores.

This is the $89.50 health plan scam.  They are rude on the phone--when you complain, they interupt you to get your phone number.  Can this be reported to FCC?

The marketing campaign itself is illegal -- sending junk fax to people with whom they have no established business relationship.  Anyone who gets this fax needs to think twice (or more) about whether they want to do bsuiness with someone who uses illegal marketing methods.

When I called to inform them that they may have inadvertantly sent a fax to someone illegally, the woman was otherwise polite but hung up on me.  She refused to say who sent the fax and said they had nothing to do with the sending of the faxes.

Another unsolited fax from these scum bags.  I get them all the time.  Same fax page but they seem to change their phone number monthly.  It doesn't seem like it should be too hard to track these f**gots down.  They threaten you when you call them to be removed.  They even started calling my phone back repeatedly since they have caller I.D.   Someone needs to stop them.

Have you still not heard from them, because I also really need insurance and this would be great if it was legit.
