I also received a tag on my door on 05/29/12 with the #LC530.I tried to call from my place of work and it just rang and rang.I tried when I got home and someone answered stating that I had won something.I said I had the wrong # (thinking that I had) I called back and got the same responce and mentioned this must be a scam and the person on the other end hung up on me.I also have an alarm system and other means of protection.I don't know what they are trying to pull,but they need to quit.

Tag was left on my fathers door a couple do days ago. He nor I are expecting any packages. The number we are calling is a "Google Voice" number. That type of number is offered with a "Gmail" account and allows you to get calls to a mobile phone under a different number such as "888-884-5244". This is a free service and essentially let's you have two numbers at the price if one. You can even make the number you want by spelling out words. This makes this a little more upsetting to me because this very well could be robbery setups. Will turn this info over to our crimewatch liaisonat the D istrict 3 hub station on 22nd and MLK.

I got home yesterday 5/30/12 and there was a GE Delivery Express "door tag" stuck to my iron gate - had LC530 scribbles on it.  I called 888-884-5244 and no answer.  I HAVE a security system, video cameras, and iron bars on my house.  I don't know what or who this is about - but if I find out they are going to be in serious trouble.  I've been in the legal profession far too long to deal with this kind of crap from "unknown".

I rec'd a door tag blank all it had was SG2 on it and i phone # 888-884-5244 I called but no answer. I am not expecting any packages.

I was also left a door tag and was not expecting a delivery.  I called the 888 number and they try to sell you a security system and dont let you talk.  When I finally got a chance to answer, I told them I already have a security camera monitoring system and a large dog.  

She said "Oh, you have security cameras?, ok bye" and hung up.

Sounds like they are scoping out neighborhoods to rob.

Got a "Door Tag" on my door as well (5/29/12 in Tampa). It has no tracking number or name of the shipper. The door tag is printed with a "GE Delivery Express" printed on it. I called the 888-884-5244 number and got no answer. "S G I" was hand-written on the form but no explanation of what that means.

Got a door delivery tag with a package delivery tag and a number to call. the number is 1-888-884-5244.  Called the guy back, talked very fast, would not let me talk at all. Trying to give away free security systems. Finally got to him to shut up, and asked why he knew so much about my property.  He hung up, called back, asked name of company, address all that, he told me to shut up and leave him alone.  It's a scam, probably attempting rob me.
