I looked at their website and they have a notice of the fraud activity happening using their name. If you talk to these crooks who use blue ridge law firms ID, go to www.blueridgelawgroup.com and report it to them. they have a complaint with the local police.

425 is the area code for some of the suburbs to the East of Seattle, Washington. I think they just blindly chose Alabama just to put themselves across the country from where they are really from. That is assuming that they aren't spoofing their caller ID, at which point they could be from anywhere.....

I keep receiving calls from this company says there name is PayDay Loan Help. They always call from 425-320-5012. They never leave a message and when I call back to tell them to stop calling they say ok sorry and hang up on me. Said they were based out of Alabama and couldn't figure out what city they were in. Of course all supervisors and managers are in a "meeting" and can't speak to you. This is a horrible/shady company that can take a hit!

This is a phone boiler room with a lead list of peeps who have "two or more payday loans". And have at least "700 in loans". The cold caller is the lead generator then passes the call to the closer. The closer adds legitimacy by providing http://www.blueridgelawgroup.com/ as a website she/he asks you to write down. Some selling points: "not all payday loan companies are operating domestically and operate overseas and you do not have to pay these loans as they are not operating legally." They insinuate that you won't have to pay for some of your loans. Then they proceed to obtain your ssn and birthday. They they proceed by asking your ABA routing number and account number. Don't give it away baby. They "closer" for http://www.blueridgelawgroup.com/ forgets to mention (unless you ask) that there is a 20% (of the loan amount) fee tacked on to the repayment program that they're gonna magically get you out from. Not a bad gig. Like the lawyers that signed foreclosure docs in http://www.usatoday.com/money/economy/housing ... ment/53706216/1 anything to make a buck to add potential insult. Yah, you may save some bucks on collection efforts by the pay day loan companies, but you're shelling out 20% to the attorney. Do the math first before blindly being led to financial slaughter.

i got a call from this number today - answered it and a foreign sounding woman asked if i owed money on a payday loan - since i had a hard time understanding her I asked her to repeat what she said. when told her no, i did not owe money on a pay day loan, she said she would make a note of it and i hung up. most annoying - there has to be a way to put a stop to this kind of stuff.

I received a call today from this number and they said they were a lawyer and I had a payday loan and if it wasn't paid they were taking me to court for 8.000 big ones.I had previously applied for a payday loan but because of no credit card--only a debit card--i never got a loan--I was very upset today of the prospect of getting sued--as i didn't have any loans.The person was very rude and insisted I send him money.

Any time somebody with accent foreing. call many time to my house in the morning 5:00am and at my work.He said I have big loan with him ,or his company.He tries talk about the loan and intimate with the court if did not pay. But I don't have any loan or compromise pending with him. Oh his name is Frank.

Got a missed call - no message. When I called back (with my number blocked) it was answered by 2 different people, Britney and Lorenzo. Neither spoke very good English. I didn't talk at all, but from reading below, I'm glad I didn't!

its a loan company claiming you applied for a loan on line.  it is a scam-- they are random calling numbers

Just called my cell phone twice.  The first time they left a message.  It sounded like a child saying y last name and then saying Juan is missing you.  The second time they called it was an womaan (American) asking for Ledonna Sturdivant.  I told her she had the worng number, she thanked me and hung up.  I'm curious to see if I get anohter call.
