I keep getting calls from this #.They call but I dont p/u. then they call again. it is someone foreign and alot of noise in the back ground.  i was taken for 150.  when I realized this # is a PA area code. and the fax # to send $ to was a San Diego area code.

I KEEP RECEIVING CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER.  DO NOT KNOW WHO IT IS, THEY DO NOT SAY WHAT COMPANY THEY ARE FROM, ONLY HIS NAME, "KEVIN JACKSON".

THIS IS A SCAM.  THEY SAY IT IS URGENT FOR ME TO CALL THEM BACK.

Getting call from someone named Richard Johnson, threatening me about a legal problem.  Calling my work and has told everyone this.  I am afraid I will get in trouble what do you recommend?

This # called 11 times 1 min apart from each other.  Sounds like someone from India.  Telling me I ow money,  when I asked who the company was, they said it did not matter and that I needed to pay or I was going to jail?  

Who are these people and how do I make it stop????

I want you to give me a call back immediately right now or else you will be end up in prison and wanted for legal consequences if it?s not taken care of by this time.  The call back number to my desk is 814-326-9210 that?s 814-326-9210. If for any reason you don?t call me back it could be assumed that you are trying to avoid this matter or rather trying to run away from it and immediate action will be taken against you which might put you in a big mess so the choice is yours. Tell them you know your rights and know they are a scam. You will not be sending them a penny and tell them go ahead and call in the morning because you will still be waiting for the officer to show up.

I usually tell them as well that I am recording the call. If you get agressive and make it clear you know your rights and that they are a scam and you are not sending a dime they will stop.

I have been getting these jerks calling from different numbers and names for over five years about six times a year. I mean really one guy said his name was George Washington with the thickest accent.

These people are scam artists. Been calling from different numbers for over five years. I file complaints with all the agencies I can but they will never be caught. I fill bad for the people who give on.

They call with indian accents and say you own them money or you will be arrested in the morning if your attorney does call them and my attorney calls back the number and they will not answer the phone.  If you answer your phone they will not say anything.  They are calling every hour all night.  How do I stop these calls.

India accent telling anout a law suit bout a loan thats paid. Told me I would b arrestted for not paying. I told him I paid bills he hung up the phone. I called.back n he was talking like he was a guy on the street bout to fight me.
