This is the call back number I was given, left on my voicemail. The call came in listed as "Unavailable". I thinks it's a scam. Caller identified herself as Nicole, calling from my states processing summons department. Message says she has had a court order in her office for some time, has tried for a week and a half to get ahold of me (LIE...she called over a month ago once and left a msg because I don't answer "unavailable" calls coming in). Anyway, said she had someone in my area ready to serve me a summons. No other information is given only to call back the 888-890-1828 number to resolve this case. Also left a supposed case number. I called our local county courthouse as the court magistrate is a friend of my family, and she says there is no "state processing summons department" for our state and that anything would have come through this county court. She also told me to call the city police to have them check it out. If she calls back I will tell her I have and that they would like for her to call them and provide them with information. Unfortunately I have taken payday loans out on the internet so my information is out there. She also has called my work number today.
