Have nothing to do with Corporate Business Systems!

Our company received an invoice for nearly $500 today for products never ordered or received. We do not recall even getting a phone call from them. I guess they are hoping that corporations will blindly pay a bill when mailed.

Our company has also recieved a similar invoice for products never ordered nor recieved.

Caller claims to be with Corporate Business Systems, asking for model of printer.  When I asked for his name, he hung up. These people have been calling every number in our office for the past several weeks.  Caller ID is blocked so we cannot get a number. We are logging calls to pursue phone harrassment which is a crime in Louisiana.

Also go by the name of Corporate Business Systems. Do not give them any info, pay their invoices, or accept shipments. If you do accept the shipment, you are NOT legally obligated to pay the invoice or send back the item. Search ftc.gov for Office Supply Scams for more info.

Toner Pirates - Do not give them the model number or any information on your photocopier.  If you did - do not pay the bill when it arrives or do not accept any shipments.  Send back what they send you!
