I found out that the Pay Day loans companies are the one who are creating these problems!
If you have a loan and didn't pay it off, the loan companies sends your PERSONAL FILE to these so call recovery companies that like to harass with legal documents and court issues just to get their money back and on top of it, they ask for more!!!!! But they refuse to communicate with you right!  They just slam you with court threats and your case file numbers! I just wish these loan companies would explain more about what will be facing, before leading any money out to honest people! I really don't know who came up with this whole idea of PAY DAY LOANS!!!!!! People are getting themselves more in depth and more worried about life! People have been paying high interest just to pay them off, which you would think you already paid them back in INTEREST!!! I just hope and wish god would do something about this whole pay day loans business! Discontinue it or put the stop to it in our state! We were just doing fine with out it!!!!  It's getting people more and more in trouble and putting themselves in more danger!!

Consider getting a call blocking device or phone so you can block these calls, but do report them.

The phone number 1-888-897-6121! Same people are calling me! Getting really tried of them!!  Harassing me to take me to court!  I have repeatly have told them to send me my documents before I send any money, but I end up arguing with them! They are so rude!  They said I owed pay day loan and the amount was 1500 hundred and I know for sure I didn't owe 1500 to pay day loan!  That I know!  I really don't know how these out side people get our personal information, and they start harassing your family!  I refused to pay them money and one of them called and said "what's wrong with you?" and than threatened me by saying their going to send someone to look for me!  Wow!!  Their screwing around with people's minds and making them scared! In this I have notified my lawyer which I have been giving all the information these people who so called themselves lawyers! I called them one day and their was a guy who answered, and asked if I can talked with your manager Kevin Andrew and he says he's not here!  Than I asked, well as soon as he gets back make sure he calls me!  He than says I just told you he is not here! How can I help you?  I said no!  I just want to leave a message for Mr Andrew!  That please let him call me ASAP!! But the caller was now being rude and told me he was never coming back, I said why??? He says his on deposition!!  So I told him again!!! I just need leave him a message to call me as soon as he gets back please!  So he says his not coming back!  I told him why is he not coming back?  I thought you guys were lawyers!  He has to be back in his office before he goes home!  So this guy is getting mad and than says wait and puts me on hold for a couple a minutes and than someone else answers the phone and says to me "hello!  This is Kevin Andrew!  How can I help you?  I'm like what the hack!I was just told that Kevin Andrew was not there!  Who are you????? That was weird! Please don't be fooled by these people!  Their just trying to get money of you!!

This is an extortion scam.  IF you did owe, written notice is required.  You are not going to court.  Demand a written notice MAILED to you.  They then have five days to produce it.  Don't get upset by their illegal threats.

Do***e bags called me said I wrote a check from USBANK that had insufficient funds or on a closed account. I haven't had an account with USBANK nor do I write checks. "Mr.Davis" as he calls himself says he needs a statement from me before I'am to appear in court!

No clue who, what or where these dirtbags are.  Called every relative, hubby's exwife, kids, step kids on their cell phones (how did they get this information)  

Said I'm going to jail and arrested.  Charges pending can stop if call right away.  OMG

I filed bankruptcy 4 and half years ago and have no debt with anything other than school loans, mortgage and car.

I am hiring an attorney to find out who these whack jobs are.

Last time got scammer call did aerial of where  call came from and it was a building which was vacant and for sale.  They use properties like these to scam people.  I am a broker and now how to find out where coming from now.
