Have called TWENTY THREE times to remove name from list.  Will be reporting to the CRTC if they fax again.

For those that want to write without knowing, I am the Customer Service Manager for this company who happens to be licensed, Bonded, and insured. Accredited by CLIA and IATAN and has been in business for many years.
To say it is a SCAM because you are upset that you got a fax is a farce! Actually, you are liable for slander at this point. Our company has provided quality vacation packages and travel for the past 17 years.
Because you do not like our advertising companies practices is no reason to accuse anyone falsely. As for deleting numbers, we do indeed delete every number that calls in or is added to a deletion list from calling in. The problem is that there are many companies that do fax advertising and many people who accuse all as being one when indeed they are not. Our company has an excellent history of removing every number that calls us or requests to be deleted. Our faxes only go to Canada so anyone from any where else, is not receiving them from our company.
If you have a problem removing your number, you can call the offices direct and they will manually remove it.

do you know they pay for every call through their 888 number?  Just call & put them on hold a few times & run up their bill.  Also, call them directly & tell them to remove your number from their database or you will sue.  If you tell them to remove your number and they don't you can contact the national do not call list & report them.  Get the name of the company & the name of the rep you spoke with.

try sending copies of fax  and letter of complaint to

attn unsolicited faxes

These idiots are most certainly a scam. Anyone stupid enough to give out their credit card info to these thieves deserves what they get for being so stupid. I checked out their website by using the info on the links from other posters on this site. This so-called company's website looks like a 5 year old child built it. They do not list an address (not even a PO Box!!) and their contact email address is a HOTMAIL address that DOES NOT WORK!! I suggest everyone who gets one of these scam faxes finds the nearest pay phone and makes repeated spam calls to their 888 numbers to drive up their costs. Calling 800 or 888 numbers from pay phones did not require putting money in the phone in the past. You could just pick up the receiver and start dialing since the charges go to the owner of the 800 number. Not sure that still works or not these days.
