a man,s voice call me fro this number threatening and shouting, how can I stop this b*****d

They tried to call me and I told them to hold on so that I could turn on my recorder and everytime they hang up. Then I got a call and they threatened me with a lawsuit, I told them they are dumb as rocks, I live in Texas, a NON SUIT STATE FOR BILLS,LOL,IDIOTS!!

I received a call from 716 701 6234 and they told me about them taking Legal action and they did serval attempts to call me and for me to call this number 1-888-907-3631 Ext.1

Received this  call from this number and it is a recorded message of threats of legal action for my lack of response to them they are calling my step fathers home  everyday with the same threatening recorded message.

Just reveived threatening phone call from this company.

these clowns keep calling me staing that I have a payday loan that I never paid back, when I asked for the dat one the loan and what account it was deposited into they gave info from when I was back in college almost 8 years ago. The message that was left on my phone was very threatening and Im not exactly sure of all my rights as a consumer but I know they have to be in some sort of violation.

THANKS FOR THE INFO,THESE JERKS CALLED ME YELLING AND SCREAMING I FIGURE IT BECAUSE THEY BOUGHT SOME BAD PAPER .IT WAS PROBABLY TO OLD TO REPORT 7-10 YRS LATE,SO THEY TRY TO SHAKE YOU,BUT WATCH THESE CLOWNS,, THEY WILL STILL TRY TO PUT IT ON YOUR REPORT EVEN IF IT HAS BEEN REMOVED ,JUST TO PUT YOU THRU THE HEADACHE OF GETTING IT REMOVED IT WILL NOT STAND BECAUSE THEY USUALLY DO NOT HAVE THE PROPER INFO OR EVEN KNOW HOW OLD THE DEBT IS ,THE BURDEN OF PROOF LYES ON THEM.YHEY TRIED IT WITH ME AND MY CREDIT WAS LEGALLY CLEANED UP.

They just called me from a spoofed 858 area code number, my cell is 858.  Jack***es.

This company calls several times in a day but does not state why they are and why they are calling. They are just threats of "adverse action." Send it to me in writing so I have documentation and can report EXACTLY who is violation collection laws.

Make them stop.

I received two calls from this phony company.  First they called my work # and then called my house # which I have never given out for anything.   I live with my 88 year old grandmother who is in bad health and they told her that I had a pending court case and that I needed to return the call by 7:00 pm or papers would be filed.  The lady that called was named Corey Roberts.  She gave me some phony case # which doesn't mean anything.  It's just scare tactics to make you think that you are about to get sued.  I have never received any documentation in the mail pertaining to this so called case they claim they have on file for me.  My main # that I use for everything is my cell# and they never once called that #.  When I called them back and spoke to Corey Roberts she said it is from a payday loan from 2008 for Impact Cash.  I did take out a loan with them but had paid back 3 times the amount that was borrowed.  When I explained this to her she stated that's not what she shows and that if I never received a paid in full letter than the debt is valid.  100% a complete lie.  I asked her to send me documentation in the mail and she stated that she does not have to and her company is not required to send any documentation.  This company, and I use that word loosely, is nothing more than a low lever bottom feeder debt collector.  Corey Roberts asked if I would like to speak to an attorney and I stated not until they send me something official in the mail.  I then asked if they were a law office and she refused to answer.  By law a debt collector has 5 business days from the date of contact to send legal documentation.  These clowns broke about 3 or 4 FDCPA laws in one single call.  I advise anybody that is being contacted by these scam artists to request debt validation and to file complaints with your state's AG as well FTC.  DO NOT EVER SEND THEM ANY MONEY OR GIVE OUT ANY ADDITIONAL PERSONAL INFORMATION.  EVER.

I received a call on 11/13/12 from NCO telling me I had not gotten in touch with them and they would take the necessary action against me, they did not say what type of action!!!!!

everyday twice a day. always ask if I am "allisha richardson". I just moved to the states and am asian. my husband talked to them stop calling me and I am not who they are looking for and want to harrasment. He talked to manager who is Michelle Kenzily #25-20, light recovery house associate. but now they are just calling me as THREATENING AUTOMATIC VOICE MACHINE and still leaving message for allisha rechardson. just ignoring. i dont wanna waste my time for piece of s*** people.

Just started repeat calling asking the wear abouts of a family member, threats and very rude tactics.

I am sick and tired of people from this number calling my phone. I have told them over and over again that they had reached the wrong party and whoever owned the cell number I have, it no longer belongs to them. They say they will remove my number, but again and again I get these calls. They won't leave their real name. If they did, I would definitely refer them to the authorities.

Just so you know, *67 does not work on toll free numbers like 800, 888, etc. It's because the other party is paying for the call. There may not be much they can do about it, but don't assume they can't see your #.

ignore it , idiots with some scam , if you owe someone something you will get a bill in mail , not an anon call leaving a msg with no details .   Do what i do , call them with *67 in front every day and just say hi to them and waste their time , since they like to waste ours.  888 number so its a free call , give them taste of their own guys....

These people are calling my ex mother in laws house now.
Everything that i have found says they are a scam.
Trying to collect debts that are illegal to collect on anymore.
Use scare tactics to get you to pay. It is rediculous for them to call my ex's family
