LOL Cablevision/Optimum...such a humorous company. I dropped them for FIOS and a few days later, their salespeople were knocking on the door later talking about a better deal. They should have been doing that in the first place - once FIOS came into my area, everyone switched. I left NYC a year ago, sadly no FIOS here but long story short, Cablevision can kiss my ass. Ya ain't getting sh*t from me. #SOL Oh yeah I blocked the number too.

It's from the Collection Bureau of Hudson Valley? They say they are collecting from Comcast.

I keep getting a call from this number regarding a refund.  Please quit calling and just send the refund in check form.  I will not give you any personal information.

HARASSING PHONE CALLS - CABLEVISION COLLECTION AGENCY THAT DOESNT WANT TO VERIFY THEMSELVES.

HVCB will call 2 to 3 times a day everyday until you pickup

Cable sent me a bill for over 1000 when it should have been less than 250 after i dumped them for FIOS ,

After calling cablevision 5 times requestion a bill correction, i told them when they finally get the bill corrected i will pay then otherwise FO !!

So instead of correcting the bill, cablevision sent my bill to Hudson Valley Collection Bureau

So when they finally corrected the bill i paid cable directly, now the collection agency is pissed because they cannot collect a fee from cablevision  too dam bad HVCB

It's funny how dropping a 200+ monthly cable bill and switching to FIOS cablevision can now offer me my same package i had before for 79.99 for 2 years if i agree to switch back to cable, even offered to pay any optout fee FIOS may charge

It's a collection agency trying to collect on behalf of Cablevision.  I dropped them and they are looking for that last bit of blood..

Just got the call. It was from a collection agency on behalf of Cablevision. Funny thing is that they had my information currect, except that I don't live in Elizabeth. I live in Miami since 99 and Queens prior to that. She was cool about it though and said she would take me off the list and apologized.. I'm scared though that now there may be something erroneous on my credit report. I'm going to have to check.

She said she was going to talk to her supervisor. I gave her an alternate number to call me back. Let's see if she calls.

These people keep calling me at work and are VERY RUDE and NASTY.

They called looking for money on a final bill I never rec'd, only 2 weeks after I diconnected service. When I told them I needed a copy of the bill they said they would send it, then called a couple of days later but I still had not rec'd the bill, obviously in 2 days, and when I explained this they said they would get back to me and hung up on me. I called Cablevision and they said it shouldn't have been in collections only 2 weeks after disconnecting but I guess they sent it there instead of sending me a bill. ANNOYING!!

Yeah, they called me too -- asked for a man, "Pedro..." --- I don't know anyone by that name.  She called me a "f***ing liar"  -- I said goodbye and I hung up the phone (my cell phone no less).  What can we do about these harassing calls?  I'm just glad my young daughter didn't answer the call.  Who knows what they would have said to her.

They stopped calling when I blew a whistle into the phone. I don't owe anyone anything, either.

IDIOTS !!! Keep calling saying I owe 57.00. I have a statement from Cablevision saying I owe nothing. Faxed it, and they keep calling. I guess they are mad because I went to Fios

i got a couple of calls as well and when i answer the machine said if i press 1 i acknowledge that i was the person they were calling for.. i just hung up

got a cuople of calls from thin number today, they just hung up, so annoying

I don't answer " Unknown or Unavailable " calls.These morons keep  calling. Sometimes they leave a distorted message, most time no message at all.
