Pinnacle Financial has jumped from caller ID "Out of Area" to "Toll Free Caller". I'm a statistician and have been tracking the various harassing phone calls, since the first of January, aimed at my phone for people whom I do not know. Anyone know which auto-dialing services operate these different caller IDs under contract to Pinnacle?

I called this number. I was expecting a person but I got a recording that kept on repeating itself over and over again! I stayed on the line but no one came on. The recording just kept on saying "Thank you for calling. All calls will be monitored and or recorded for quality purposes. On and on it went.

I do not have any debts. PFG has the wrong person, there are MANY Jennifer Caldwells in this world. Stop calling and leaving automated messages.

This is so legit?  Why should we trust someone that does not even know how to spell?

They have to stop if you send a Notice to Cease and Desist.  You can google Notice to Cease and Desist for samples of letters.  Mail the letter by certified mail.  The collectors have to stop calling by law once they receive this Notice.  I put on mine that only written communication will be addressed.

I have been getting calls from this number since a couple of days ago. It calls several times every day. No one says anything once I pick up the phone. When I tried to call back, I heard a recorded message about "Your call is important to us..." but nothing after that.

I get calls from this number 2-3 times a day.  I have answered it and no one ever says anything.  The callsare on my cell phone.

Other sites say this is Pinnacle, a debt collector out of Minneapolis, MN.

Repeated calls for 4-5 days, usually twice a day asking for someone whom I've never heard of.   I called and spoke to someone at this number who said it is Pinnacle Financial Services and they told me the name again of the people they are trying to contact and I assured them I have no idea who the people are but I found their correct phone number online if they want to get the correct number for them.  The representative for Pinnacle said he would take my number off their list.  We'll see if it happens or not.

This is misconception ... This applies to sales\solicatation calls .. Unless is cell phone or live in the states of CO, TX, WI,  .. These are verbal cease states .. Other states require you to send in writing .. Ask company for mailing address and send it in .. Recommend send certified because then u have proof they received the written cease and desist or you can fax it over to them ... Companies per FDCPA are required to give it out upon demand .. No questions if so they are in direct violation ..

I get 2-4 auto calls a day and dead air.  If you call the number back, no one answers.  If this is a collection agency, don't they think they might want to say something once in a while.  This has been going on for weeks with no followup on their part, just phone calls and dead air.

collector god, are you one of their employees? If so, I can see why your business does so poorly, your comments are grammatically and syntactically atrocious. If your company was LEGITIMATE, I highly doubt they would hire employees who never passed second grade. You're an idiot.

It's a collection agency alright.  The problem is, I admit to my debt, don't have a dime to pay it, but they keep calling anyway.  That's fine, I just keep hanging up, and they don't leave voice-mail.   What I'm really tired of is all this automation - if a real person called me, with some manners and said hey, you got this debt, how can we work something out, and actually look a few minutes to understand the situation, now that's a call I'll take.  Otherwise, these collection agencies that use automated dialers, operators working out of their houses no telling in what country, FORGET IT.   You're wasting your time with me.

This is debt collection agency called Pinnacle Financial Group in MN. They called several times over a period of several weeks and I would get dead air. When I finally did get someone on the line, because I called them, they were trying to collect on  a debt that is being disputed with the original party. The woman was irate and said I had to pay. I told her she had to stop calling me because I was not paying it until I resolved it with the original party. She refused! It is illegal to keep calling after a person has asked to to stop. I had to call back 10 times for them to give me any company information and am now going to file a complaint for illegal collection practices. This company is unprofessional, very threatening and they should be reported!

This is a debt collector.  They are called Pinnacle Credit Service and they are not nice.  They have no customer values whatsoever and they accused me of lying about a debt that had been paid (I gave them the proper information) and the length of time that debt was in service (two weeks, not six months as they had said).  What they need to do is to learn that our economy isn't all that hot right now and customer service should be their #1 priority if they want the best results for their clients.  I almost closed my account due to their behavior and my bank was a little dismayed in the way they handled me or rather, chose NOT to work with me NOR listen to me.  Good luck, but I also feel the more people complain about them, the more their superiors will look at the situation they, themselves have developed.
