Received a notice in the mail for an "Interest Rate Notification" that we were eligible for with Suntrust.  Normally, if it is not a Suntrust notice, there is a disclaimer at the bottom.  There was no disclaimer so I called the number 888-918-1485.  It was not Suntrust.  I hung up and called Suntrust.  They did not know about the notice.

Got a letter from Lender's Services Bank of America making "to good to be true" appeals about refinancing my mortgage. It has phone # 888-918-1485 on it to call.
