You all need to report them, that's what needs to happen.  Each and every one of you need to call the Attorney General's office in your state and report them.

I have recieved the same e-mails as shown above, and the type of phone calls from the same numbers as shown above. The guy says his name is " Mark Levey ". From " ARA ". What total SCUM BAGS I hope these guys end up spending a LONG time in jail. I was smart enough to smell B.S bfore I gave them any cash, but I could see how they could trick some people. Today was the day I was supposed to attend the scheduled " web overview " and I got 2 phone calls from 561-200-5962 as a freindly reminder 2 attend the " web-overview ". I had scheduled the web b.s. this Monday, but decided to do some research before loging in. I am glad I didnt waste my time sitting through their little spill. I hope any of you that got scamed get your money back, or at least I hope these dirt bags get caught.

Christina, the above commentator:

READ THIS EMAIL AND IT WILL BE BENEFICAL TO YOU ALL JOB SEEKERS AND AVOID SCAMMERS. I HOPE ALL OF YOU HAVE A HONEST AND GREAT THANKSGIVING  HOPE WE ALL GET JOBS SOON IN THIS DIFFICULT TIME. THIS IS SINCERELY FROM MY HEART - A JOB SEEKER LIKE YOU.

This american recruiting association is a scam. I believe they either get my resume and contact through one of the largest and consolidated public job search website. Or they got my email through one of the positions they posted on the publc job search looking for recruiters. i applied several recruiter jobs on the web. Anyway, they did exactly what Christina the previous commentator said.. they sent me 2 interview schedules .. i attended one. Bascially, it was a Webinar interview.. it was not even an interview. It was a SALES CALL .. The presenter asked whoever online PAY $300 something dollars to become recruiters. .I LEFT THE INTERVIEW AND DID NOT PAY THEM. HOW CAN A JOB SEEKER PAY SOMEBODY TO GET A JOB? DOES IT MAKE SENSE TO YOU ALL? EVEN RECRUITERS DO NOT DO THAT THESE DAYS! They claimed they had large employer vacant job lists and ALL we have to do is to pay them one time fee and we can be recruiters. If we agree and pay, we get the job vacant  lists and send out emails to job seeker for jobs. According to them, they will pay commisions to you after getting the applicant interview and get the job. THE TRICK IS YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT JOB SEEKER AND EMPLOYERS DATABASE THEY HAVE.  THEY EXIST BECAUSE THEY COLLECTED OUR RESUMES AND INFO ALREADY. NOW WE BECOME JOB SEEKERS AND THIS AMERICAN RECRUITING ASSOCIATION CAN CIRCULATE OUR INFO to A) either a Fake recruiter B) a recruiter who falls into its business scam. These recruiters can send some jobs which may or may not RELEVANT TO YOUR FIELD.
I left the webinar interview without paying and the SAD part is this American REcruiting Association has kept on sending me JOB REVIEW emails. The email sender name is changed every time but the email sender address is admin@recruitingbackoffice.com. I REPLIED SEVERAL TIMES  to let them know not sending me any solicitation email at the bottom of the email  message which is like following,

"If you no longer want to receive notices about vacant positions, please change your user setttings here"

Unfortunately, this AMERICAN RECRUITING ASSOCIATION has not taken me from the job review soliciation list. THEY ARE SCAMS.

I concluded that they use our personal info two ways: 1) pay them fees to become some recruiters they claim 2) if you join or not join them, they use your resume and contact for DATABASE BUILDING and have agents or fake machine address sending jobs to you.

So, EITHER WAY THEY WIN. The jobs are just random. You are not a recruiter if you want to be. You just distribute emails through its databases. If you get lucky, you get response.

DONT ASSIST THIS SORT OF SACM DURING OUR DIFFICULT TIMES.

the adress they claim on the email is 330 Seneca lane Boca Raton, 33487

the website is http://www.americansrecruitingassociation.com/about

I AM READY TO FILE A COMPLAINT OR LEGAL LAWSUIT TO THIS COMPANY FOR VIOLATING MY PERSONAL PRIVACY.

I feel like such a fool for giving these degenerates my phone number. So very glad that I found this website with all of this great information. Scammers like these are the lowest of the low. Preying on people who are already down due to lack of income. Scumbags like these people should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. I received several similar emails except now Tracy Howard is the executive director...guess Tracy got a big promotion for ripping people off. Good luck to everyone out there looking for work! Stay sharp and keep alert to thieves like these.

I don't know where they are located, but I watched their hiring presentation because I am just SO sick of my current job...  They had a video of a white guy doing the presentation and they wanted the same money that others are mentioning, so I know many people are joining the presentations and some are joining the "company" by paying the money. I am glad I caught myself and started looking it up online and found that it's a biiiiiiiig mistake to join them.

I received a call from this this number and an email to set up an appointment fov an interview overview.  What really spooked me about the process was their need to do a check on my pc.  I didn't know them well enought to do that.  Their advertisements look like all of those get rich scams (the artwork is the usual mundane).  I decided to check around before doing an interview with them.
The Better Business Bureau did not have any information on them.  I found an article on the internet by Megan regarding this company being a scam.  Then thankfully I found this site with all these comments.  The following information is a part of what was sent to me:

Important Note:

We use a Web-Based  Platform.  You will NOT need a webcam or a microphone.

Any questions you may have about this position will be answered on your overview day. There is a chat platform for you to be able to ask any questions you may have.  Its very detailed and covers a lot. We will cover in detail who we are, earnings, job details etc.  (Please write down your questions before hand so you don't forget)

Your next step is to schedule your company overview here

I have been attempting to find employment lately and yesterday I did receive a call and voicemail on my cellphone (I was away from my cell so it was missed) at 11:50 a.m.  Someone named Laura lef the message from the number 561-200-5962 stating that they are trying to contact me for an opportunity with their staffing company and that I need to refer to www.staffinghub.com to schedule an onliine interview appointment.  I did check out the site but did not schedule anything because the contact number did not correspond with number from my cellphone nor could I gain anymore info other than the one page flashing to commit to schedule for an online interview.  Today, after I had listened to my voicemail, I typed their number listed above to search for a location as to where the call was placed at since I have applied to many companies and out of state companies for various job titles to verify which company called me and research led me to this site with others stating it's a scam.  Thankfully, now I know what to expect and immediately starting typing this letter to report that I am one of many who have been contacted by this number as well.  I hope immediate and proper action takes place to this above number for cheating and scamming innocent people.

Well, they seem to be changing there company name. Here is the company name that sent me an email. www.americansrecruitingassociation.com  They called me from this number 561-200-5962 to confirm the appointment. I didn't sign up, however there was 25 people times $317 or two payments of $187. 00 that's a whopping $7925.00 If they do this twice a week, that $15000.00 Things were not adding up and I could not find any info or testimonials. However, when I researched the number this is what I found. Anything coming out of Boca Roton, Florida, is more than likely a scam. People please do you due diligence, you know the old adage, if it to good to be true... They are now called American Recruiting Assciation (ARA). They must be running more than one website. I hope this will help.

I received an e-mail and it just so happens this comes at a time when I am avidly searching to move jobs and posting my resume and filling out apps on a daily basis. I did set up an "overview" but got a weird feeling about it due to the irregular nature of the interview style and decided to google it. I always thought that I was an educated consumer until I came across this! SO GLAD I found out before I gave them any information other than my phone number.
