Got a call from caller id 708 748-90657.  Chris Kuba said to call him back at 888 927-7493 x500 to schedule a free CT scan normally $500.  I had been recommended by a "friend or family member."  I did not call back.

I received a call and he (Bob Lee?) left this number (888-927-7493) and left a message saying this was a last attempt to call about winning a brand new SUV.  We never entered a contest to win a brand new SUV. Sounds like a scam to me!  Never called them back.

I received a call from a Kevin Blue that my name was drawn as a finalist in a drawing for a New Ford SUV or New Lincoln. He left the number 888-927-7493 ext 100 to call him as soon as possible. Who is this person and who is this company...I do not recall ever entering into a contest to win a new car.

I received a call from a person named Lee from toll free number 888 927 7493 saying that we had been drawn as a finalist for a car to win an new suv.  Don't recall entering such a contest.  Believe this to be a scam call,

Also received a call from 888-927-7493 Kevin Blue ext 100. I researched Lincoln Nav. scams before I called back. Of course there was no answer.

Kevin Blue also called me about winning an SUV.  I have entered a few contests lately though I am not sure I did one for an SUV.  I called the number and no answer.  What could be the scam here if they call and then don't answer your reply?   I registered my phone with the Do Not Call Registry, so if I did not give out this phone, who do I alert?

Thank goddnes for voice mail.  Several calls from John and some lady  (708.243.3722, 708.389.7563, 708389.7538, 708.748.9166) telling me I won after entering a contest for a Ford Explorer, $25,000, Flat Screen TV, Lincoln Navigator.  Both left messages to call back same number 888.927.7493. Got calls in Nov. and Dec.

I got the same message!  The caller ID was 708-748-9273 and call back # of 888-927-7493 ext. 100 for a Todd Lee. I don't remember entering any contest for SUV or Lincoln Navigator. After reading here I'm not even gonna bother calling.

I received a voicemail from Todd Lee informing me that this was his last attempt to reach me. He said that  I needed to call him back within 24 hours. He didn't say why he wanted to reach me but the caller ID came up as "Gift Promotions". I did not call him back.

I saw this number on Caller ID.

I called this number back. A guy named micheal said they have a web site but without my info he refused to give out the web address.

I ALSO GOT A CALL FROM 888-927-7493 X 100 FROM KEVIN BLUE BECAUSE I WON A TRUCK. WHEN I CALLED THEM BACK A WOMEN PICKED UP AND SAID SHE WOULD TAKE KEVIN'S CALLS. I TOLD HER I NEVER ENTERED A CONTEST AND THAT THEY HAD THE WRONG PERSON, SHE ASKED ME MY NAME BUT I DIDN'T GIVE IT TO HER. I TOLD HER THAT SHE SHOULD ALREADY KNOW MY NAME IF SHE WAS CALLING ME. SHE SAID THEY MUST HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER AND SHE WOULD TAKE ME OFF THERE LIST. HAHA IF THEY CALL YOU DON'T GIVE THEM ANYTHING AND DON'T GO MEET THEM SOMEWHERE. SOUND'S PRETTY WIERD TO ME.

also go the call from "Todd Lee"...how is this a useful scam if no one picks up on the return call? I don't see the point except to annoy us....I want to put a trace on it.

Received call from 888-927-7498 Kevin Blue stating I am a finalist in a contest I never entered. Caller Id said # registered to Taisha Love 1-708-748-9115

I have the recoreded message on my phone as I was out of town. He called me once before and woke me up. I did fill out a drawing form at a pet convention in IL. He told me this and the one I filled out at the local military exchange.  I will be leary for now on when filling out drawing forms. I bet these guys bought my information from someone. The number was 888-927-7493 ext 100. His name is Kevin. I called back to get my name deleted and no one answered.

Left a msg on my voicemail, saying to call a Kevin Blue back at 888-927-7493 ext. 100.   It was very important I call back since I was one of 4 finalists in winnnig a Ford or Lincoln SUV.   This was yesterday.  I called back a while ago, and a male answered, saying "special promotions".  I told him a voice mail had been left asking me to call 888-927-7493, ext. 100. He then asked for my first and last name.  When I asked him what this was about, he hung up on me.  Definitely a scam - probably trying to complete partial credit card verification info - i.e. once you call them back and give them a full name, they can get your zip code and then tie it in with a credit card number they already have acquired, and that is in your name.  I'm going to report this number too.

Just got a call from 888-927-7493.  He said I won one of four items which included either a new Ford Explorer or $25,000. He gave me an address to get my prize and wanted to set up a date.  I'm very skeptical of this.

Has the State of IL Attorney General started investigating these phone numbers yet?  Here it is now December and this "Kevin Blue" (if that's his real name) has called me everyday for the past three days!  Got the same recording.  I KNOW this is a scam because I haven't entered a contest in twenty years!  And he doesn't tell you who he's trying to reach, nor does he tell you who he's working for.  If you really did win a Ford Explorer SUV wouldn't you be notified by registered letter?  There doesn't seem to be anything we can do about this except to delete the messages and don't call back, but it's still very annoying to keep getting calls from this schmuck!  Thanks for reporting these jerks and their phone numbers to the authorities.

I received several calls from this number, 888-927-7493 which shows up as "Texas" in caller ID.  They finally left a message saying that I had won a Lincoln Navigator or Ford Explorer in a contest I entered. (Same story as others).  The caller said he was Kevin Blue.  It definitely appears to be a scam.  Again, on the message they did not indicate my name.  Given the other comments posted here, this will be left alone.  Caution to anyone who attempts to meet these people at a location, even if a public venue.  Their motives and capability are highly questionable and disconcerting.

Caller id for 708-748-9057 showed Sew N Vac at Lincoln Mall, IL. Brief hesitation after I answered before the guy goes into a spiel "This is the last attempt we'll make to contact you regarding...blah, blah...at which time I hung up. I live in FL and can only assume some jerk sold a list of numbers to some other jerk. I hope this is reported to the Illinois State Attorney's Office and if they call me again, I will do just that.

I am a finalist in a drawing to win a Lincoln Navigator or Ford Explorer SUV.  They wanted me to come to a place called "Anchor Blue" in Gurnee to get a scratch off ticket to find out if I win the vehicle or one of three other prizes, including a vacation.   Sounds like a timeshare promotion based on what I've read elsewhere.

Received a call from Kevin Blue.  Tried to call back 888-927-7493 ext.100 but no on ever answers.  When he called he did not ask for anyone by name.  Had a feeling it was a scam.  I am going to report
this number to Louisiana Attorney General's office (225-326-6705).  I think the Federal Communications
should also be notified (888-225-5322)  Tired of scam calls-they need to get a real job.

Same thing, received call from "GIFT PROMOTIONS 708-748-9631". I won a new Lincoln Navigator or Ford Explorer. I did not call back. They have called several times threatening it would be my last chance. Enough already!!!

It gets even more entertaining; received same call from both 708-748-9626 & 708-748-9649 (latter is actually a payphone at a church). A 'whiney' voice said to call back at 1-800-927-7493 since I was a 'finalist' to win a vehicle. Just adding my 2-cents. I never called them & will never call them. Shmucks....

I got the call today and reported it to the Do Not Call Registry. He said he was "Kevin Blue". He said I was a finalist for a Lincoln Navigator or Ford Explorer. He said it was very important that I call him back at 888-927-9115 ext. 100. I did call and the lady said he was out. I asked her how he could be out when he had just called me. She couldn't answer it. The actual call came from 708-748-9115 which is registered to a woman named Tashia Love in Illinois. Stuff like this really makes me mad. It is stupidity.

I Got the exact same message as you did John.  I called back, but got no answer, probably too late at night,  The call came from 708-748-9115 and the message said to call Kevin Blue back at 888-927-7493 ext 100..  
I also got the exact same message from someone named Sean Wilkin from Fateful (Faithful? couldn't really tell as the sound was so bad) Marketing. Only the call back number was different.  This time 866-312-9553 ext 243.  This time when I called I got forwarded to a voice message that said I was calling Mitchell Communications Group and that I should leave a message with my name and phone number.  So feel free to add the additional number to your list for the Atttorney General.  I'd like to get one of these jokers on the phone and give them a piece of my mind.  Get a real job!!!

Glad I checked this out.  If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is.  Yep, thanks everyone, saved me from having to deal with this.
