Keeps calling my number.

Signed up for free laptop but did not complete survey figuring it was a scam. Got a call in minutes after
that.

Caller called mid morning today and told me he was looking for my daughter.  He knew her by name.  It is nowhere on my phone.  I called school to make sure she was there as the number didn't show up on my caller I.D.  Same guy called back around 4pm (just now) and this time I had this number to report.  When he called he asked for Kimberly again.  I told him who I was and how did he get my daughter's name.  He asked me again about whether I was a homeowner, I told him I was in bankruptcy and he hung up.  He called himself Michael

Had been receiving calls from this number for several days.  Finally decided to answer and there was a pause and then a man asked for somebody I didn't know.  I said I thought he had the wrong number and he asked if it was the "Leo residence".  I told him no and hung up.

My daughter signed up on a free gift card website and shortly afterwards calls started.

who is this pest?  I do not pick up the phone and of course they do not leave a message.
