Same looser called me a month ago with the same message that he has my summons. This fellow need to gets himself an education.

I got the same call from a lady name Dena and Michael Fitzpatrick. I looked into this after I gave them $100 last month she called back today and asked if I was going to make a payment. She put in a order to have me served. Let alone I still have all the voicemails on my phone and will be reaching out today to the important people.  She hung up the phone when I said I had contacted my lawyer. the other number is 716-748-7926 from Buffalo NY. I also told her that is a scam and that I needed all paperwork mailed to me that she stated she sent out but I never got.

another attempt to obtain money and information from my family.  that number is 888-942-4734.  Is there any chance of catching these rude people.  

Collection representative calling for party that does not live at our address.  Repeated nuisance calls, attempting to intimidate elderly handicapped seniors.

I been getting same calls from the same guy saying he will have me arrested if I don't give him my card number and he has been harassing me for 5 months now!! This is a same so he has been reported why haven't they arrested him yet???

Same calls from the same number/person's name as above.  Will not call back...knew I had no reason to anyway.  What a scam! Probably are preying on older or infirmed people... scumbags...

I live in San Diego, I just receive a message from a person that state that it is Aaron mathews from Legal Carring services, with the same indo that I may be miss a court date and have a valid 2 IDs

Does any one have the same person calling? is this a scam? where to report it?

I got the same phone call saying he was scheduled to serve me an in hand summons within 24-48 hours at my home or place of work and to make myself available with 2 forms of identification. He didn't say who he wanted to talk to or the name of the company who is owed money. He said that failure to comply could result in a missed hearing.

Same garbled message From Aaron Mathews from People Caring Service with a summons which he neglects to detail for whom it is for (first clue that something smells very fishy). When you call the number a Mac robot voice says "Please leave a message" (don't ya think If this were a legit business they would answer the phone sometime between 4-5 on a Friday rather than having the mac robot do it?) nope, have gotten several calls from Matthews, always stating the same, have never seen or heard anything from anybody.  was concerned on the first 1 several months ago, and when nothing happened, I've ignored ever since.

Yep...same here...I came straight to this site to see if anyone else got the call.  The thing that tipped me off was that in the message it said if you had any questions to call the company who filed the complaint...and it was the same number that was on the caller ID.  So...I knew it was them calling leaving a threatening message about a Summons.  Also, I don't think summons servers give you a "heads up" before they come.  They like to try to surprise you.  

Report them to  IC3, FTC, CONSUMER FINANCE PROTECTION, AND ATTORNEY GENERAL

Got the same call as everybody, from an Erin Matthews. Stated it was a message for "Klebold Caring Services", I think (hard to tell due to voicemail quality). Stated that they would be issuing a summons within 24-48 hours, and to have two valid forms of ID. Also stated that I needed to have a supervisor or head of security available if at work.

Same call, same message...curious has anybody showed up at your door?

I just received this as well.  First of all no one calls you ahead of time to tell you that they are going to  serve you with papers unless it is a scam.  These people are zombie debt collectors that are trying to scare people into paying for old debt that is noncollectable!  My question is weather people  can sue them for lying about a summons.  I thought I read somewhere that debt collectors can't threaten people with legal action unless they really plan to sue you.  Does anyone know?

These idiots call me every 2-3 months saying they'll be serving me with a summons on such and such a date. They never show up. I called the people they say are filing against me and they are saying I owe them some credit card debt from 12 years ago. I have no idea what they are talking about and I filed bankruptcy 10 years ago and would have included it if I did have such debt. DO NOT GIVE THEM A DIME. Just ignore them. If they continue to call me, I plan to file a complaint as well.

You are a life saver. I really thought it was a real summons until I decided to check the number on the internet and you came up. It was posted on my secondary line instead of my primary and this was unusual as well

I received this call today, claiming that I would be receiving a court summons at home and/or at work  Failure to comply could result in a missed court appearance and summary judgment against me.  The first call was an autobot.  I was not sure who this call was meant for, it didn't specify who it was for, or why, so I called it back and the person claimed to be with the Mcarthur Ligation Firm, and gave his name as Richard Bloomingdale, said he was representing his client, thinking that this was as scam, I asked for his BAR no, he put me on hold and came back and gave me this no. 109616.

Same a the above I called and it just rang left a message to be called back I just hope I did not set my self up

Left a message saying they would be at my door within 36 hrs and I should have 2 forms of ID available.  Also said they could/would contact me at work and something about a supervisor (didn't understand all of it).  They did not ask for any individual by name and only said they had a summons.  I hope they show up soon.  I've got something for them.

Just received voicemail saying the same thing everyone else is claiming; two forms of I.D., will show up at my home/work, etc. I didn't call them back, never worry about threats over the phone.

Same call as all of you- except I answered and it was an automated voice mail- they do not even state who they are calling for- just some garbage about a summons "in hand" and coming to work and or home. I called the number back on my desk phone and asked who this is for- They stated the name of the person who had this phone number before me. I told the lady who answered the phone (nicely- as this is not her fault) that I have had this number since August of 2012) I have gotten several of these calls since obtaining this number and I have called back numerous times and am always told that "my number has been removed" The next time I get a call i am not going to be very nice about it.

Well imagine how the turkey feels? Poor 'ol Tom will soon be surrounded by friends (and cranberries).

I got the same call threatening a summons and giving me a panic attack 2 days before Thanksgiving! This needs to stop!
