lol, Thank you to who ever called me threatening me with jail time. Not only are all the numbers you gave me now disconnected but my debt is now gone because of your disregard to the law.

Any information you could obtain on this company please post to help those that are not ginven any information from these people. So far this is what I have.

These guys are crazy they called me at work and when I told them I couldn't speak to them at the time and told them to call me on my cell they threatens to suspend my license send me to jail and they even called my boss to let him know that I owed a debt for a payday loan. They told my boss I was being investigated for fraud. My boss advised me to get a lawyer and sue them since these practices are illegal. My boss also informed him that what they are doing was against the law and the caller hung up.

 They finally called me back after I left a very upset message with their office. They called my sister in-law and gave her all my information on my debt. The owner claims she posed as me (I'm a male) and after giving her my full social security number and the bank I used to obtain my loan that i defaulted on! I told him I think he would be better off communicating with my lawyer from now on which he said don't waist my time!
Long story short and some advice for anyone out there dealing with the same issue, you should try what my lawyer suggested. contact FTC (federal trade commissions) and file a complaint. Then send them a letter to cease all communications, write down everything and if possible record everything. I am currently moving forward with a lawsuit against these krooks and I will let you know how it goes. Till then.

Got served at work today from this company in front of everyone.......talk about embarrassing. I called back and they were pleasant to speak with but could not really help me because my case was outsourced to an attorney in my state. They did give me the number to the attorney to call which I did and it was concerning something stupid I did admittedly last year. Not sure what is going to happen now but I guess I brought this on myself.

Update 7/2

After some extensive back tracking all the way back to the original creditor that they claimed I owed, I did confirm it was a legitimate debt. The original creditor told me that they sold my account to this company and advised me I should get something in writing from them to be safe. I took their advice called the company back and got a debt validation letter sent to me in which everything matched up. I wasnt happy with the initial tactics but the second man I spoke to was very pleasant and thankfully worked with me financially since I'm on SSI.  At this point in my life, my credit is so bad already, I'm only going to pay creditors that give me a little respect. The rest of them can screw off

Just thought I would give my 2 cents here. I thought the same thing at first after I was snooping around here, after I got a call at work from this company. I must say unlike other companies I have dealt with they were actually the most professional and sent me everytihng in writing to verify that I did have a legitimate debt out there. I compared it to my records and it was my loan that I forgot about it. I actually tried to pay the original creditor a while back but they sold my account and couldnt work with me. Instead of being rude and harsh on the phone they actually worked with me and within my financial means. Just be careful, and rule of thumb is if a comapny won't send you anythnig in writing then don't do any business with them. Any ligitimate company will.

I also recceived a call from them today telling me they were a law firm and telling me that they were going to file charges against me for a loan that I did online a year ago in June. I've never taken out a loan on the internet before. They are liars and they are just out to get your money and personal information.

I got a call from them saying they were going to take my lic. and was also going to take me to court. I have never heard of these people. They were wanting me to pay $800.00 to them.
