Another site says that this is Comcast, calling to pitch their home security. But they can't be doing very well if they hang up when you answer! lolol!

Ditto. Shows up on my caller-ID as "800 Service". Obviously, they don't subscribe to the "do not call" list.
I receive a lot of calls, bill collectors, for someone that may have had my phone number before me, I suspect that this caller may be one of them. But it's been almost 2 years now. Don't these places ever get new phone books? Geez! :D
