This guy is an idiot David Fisher, he called my home left a very nasty message for a person that does not live here and being that it involved a county case number and lawyers I called him back to let him know that the person did not live here nor we knew who she was and I was just calling back so he know that she was not getting the message and he called me a "c***" and hung up on me.  I called the state attorney and gave them the case number this guy had given me and told me it was fake not a case number at all.  So I called my local sherriffs office and left a message on the fraud line dept hopefully they will persude this guy he needs to be taken off the streets.  He is not only calling the wrong people with fake information he is insulting them.

I received a call from this guy about 2 weeks ago calling about a line of credit that was personally guaranteed by myself for a company that I used to work for, that was a big mistake and a whole other story. I thought the guy was full of it and even considered suing thinking he was a bill collector, turns out even if he is there is not much I can do regardless being that it is a commercial account and apparently they are not governed by the FDCPA laws. well today I got my service of summons. Now I would like to punch this guy in the face. Hopefully I win!!!!

This is not a lawyer.  This is a fake bill collector trying to extort.  If you get a all from a David Fisher report the call to your State's attorney general office.

This is a lawyers office calling with a message for my ex-wife from 13 years ago (assume something to do with bankruptcy of a business she started years after our divorce).  I have called back and left 3 messages with my name and number, and asked them to remove my number from their call list since she hasn't lived here for a dozen years or more....no luck.  So.....I pulled up my Comast internet phone account and blocked their number.  If this is how efficient they run a law office, its no wonder they can't find her (she's listed in the phone book)
