You must work for them. Google your own number and put comments. Must be a slow business if employees got time to google their number and put comments. Who else will stick up for a 800 number. This place is very unprofessional. If this is a debt collector people ask for a letter or somewhere you can mail a payment. I got my cell phone and new provider told them they had the wrong number. I still receive calls and told each time they will remove my number. If they can't remove my number think about what can happen with your card info and bank account information.

They keep calling my cell phone leaving messages for someone that I've never heard of. Told them this wasn't that person's phone and to stop calling me looking for them.

Get a life and quit telling people how to live there's just because they wanted to know who a number is from. They called me and I owe no bills to anyone what so ever they was calling for someone else so before you push people into saying they owe this and that pay your bills rethink the big picture and stop trying to justify people

They have many resources including the credit reporting agencies themselves to find information. If you truly have no debt with them then it should be easy to sort out. Call them and provide your name and mailing address and request documentation proving the debt is yours. Alternatively you can call them and file a dispute and claim it is not yours. FIRST thing I would do is check my credit report, if you have a debt that corresponds to what they claim but is past the statue of limitations do NOT say you will pay it or that it is your debt. That will restart the clock in most cases.

Out of blue she IMs me & says this # clld her, asking for me by married name (I legally haven't used it in 7 years since divorce) and they used her first name by birth which she has never gone by....I have never had check loan so (1) why use my name I haven't legally in 7 years (2)how did they get my sister's # when I don't even have it (3)with they used her legal given name which no one knows....hmmm

888-979-6300 My Mom has been getting these calls for a person that she does not even know I called this number to report that this person does not live there and we do not know who this person is so they took her number off the list the place calling is a head office of Check n Cash!!!!!! most likely unless you have borrowed from them it is a mistake as it was with my Mom

I have yet to answer their call but they have called me 4 times in less then 30min!! They do not leave a voicemail. I just got this new number because my old one was getting repeated calls from numbers now here we go again with another number. There has seriously got to be away to stop all these spam, and scam calls!!

Don't bother to c all to speak with them.  Just if they call again politely ask them to not call you ever again and to remove you from their list.  If they fail to do so file complaint with FCC you're not the only one most likely.  I had someone trying to collect on a 2nd cousin of mine, which is absurd since I don't associate with this person but they kept calling after I asked them not to call.  FCC complaint fixed.
