Received same letter: supposedly Delta Sky Rewards, which didn't sound like the right program name, and I have no association with Delta, don't think I've ever flown them. Also address only appears to be handwritten, but is actually printed in blue ink, same for the signature of "Aubrey Kohler, Vice President"

Taking this to the post office and reporting for mail fraud.
