Really ? We see so many posts here daily stating that the person being called is not the right one, they've never done business with the company in question, have never had a loan, don't have credit cards, and various other reasons that a debt should be validated that I don't bother keeping count anymore.

So with that said, I challenge you to PROVE bill collectors ONLY call people who owe. I'll be waiting......

Obviously, no one likes paying scammers who harass them at work or at family members' houses, nor do they like paying bills which are bogus, or which the caller refuses to MAIL proof that the debt is theirs and that the caller has the legal right to collect said debt.  Which is a violation of federal law, by the way - the FDCPA.  Nice try, shill.  Reported as such.

Obviously no one likes paying there bills nor likes to be called at work or at a family members house about a bill. Obviously they wouldn't be calling if the bill wasn't owed. Maybe if most of you would be the honorable people you all claim to be, and paid your bills then collections would have NO reason to ever call you. Do the moral thing and pay your bill. You'd be surprised , most companies are willing to cut a deal for the people that make it easy on the collector. Don't get upset for collection agencies doing there job and calling you about money YOU owe!!!

I also received a call from this fool.  He was demanding a debit or credit card payment of $2000 for an old charged off debt I had in the past.  He threatened to sue me for $10,000 if he doesn't get any type of payment from me today.  He will not give me any paperwork to see prior to payment.  This phone number and the 888-982-7310 are shady phone numbers, no one answers and the fool is on the voicemail that picks up.  HE IS A SCAMMER!!!  Needs to be reported the sheriff's office immediately!!

A very rude man, Mr. Ward, called to advise that a check had bounced....but wouldn't give any information about it.....
