I got all the paperwork form this same company. read it all over signed it and sent it back to them.
I sent them some $. for the collateral deposit. Is there any way that if this is a scam to get your money
money back? if so how??

Don't fall for it! You will be out $500 and would get no loan. As Gunnar stated above, advance fee loans are illegal.

I got a call from them too. They wanted a payment for collateral, but i dont really wanna send $500 away to receive a loan. I need it more for other things more important like bills and groceries.

Hi Kathleen, I got scammed also but got there web site shut down so no one gets scammed again. Hope they get caught and all go spend jail time.

Yes, you've been scammed. "Advance" or "Up-Front-Fee" loans are NOT legal. If they want funds up front, they're frauds. Simple as that.

Did you apply for a loan? Cause I did and went through the process and gave money to secure it and I believe I've been scammed. Check out Atlas Premier Lending, that is who they claim to be.
