A Michael Barnnet called me this morning (7/09/13) and told me that I had accepted some loan back in 2011 thru a Regions acct, but that I had withdrew it before the loan could be rescended, therefore accusing me of some bank fraud. If I didnt pay the amount of $2500 officers would come to my job and/or my home. They must be smoking if they think I'm going to give out my card # over the phone.

Does your bank not have a legal department? Sure it does. GO NOW! tell them about the phone call. I can tell you 100% that your bank is well aware of this type of extortion attempt by foreign criminals. This is how the scam works - fear!

I just started working for a bank and can't afford to lose my job. Brian Stallworth called my work phone and I pretended to be someone else. He introduced himself and said it was a personal legal matter and that he had just left me a message on my cell phone. He also said that if I didn't respond to him within an hour or so, he would call the bank again and take it from there. When I listened to the voicemail, it said that there was a legal order for me for FDIC check fraud! I can't afford to lose my job! I'm so scared and I have no money!

I called this number back they told me I owed a online payday loan from 2012 and if I didn't use my debit card today to pay it off I'm going to jail for 200.00 and locaters are coming to get me first there gonna show up at my job and then come to the address I used.and when I go to court the judge not gone let me out unless I pay court fees for 3000 dollars. I never verified any information I asked to see my debt in writing and the guy got really aggressive with me and then told me to use my visa card again I told him I didn't have one he told me I had a bank account pending in my name I don't know where he got that info from bl

I received a mesaage from someone named Ms Crawford saying locaters were out looking for me and if I wanted to handle this legal matter I can take care of it with her over the phone and it would save me some embarrassment

I recieved a call from a man Brian Stalworth stating he was filing some sort of legal charges against me and left this number.
