I got a call from them pretending to be our current supplier saying that they were supposed to have gotten some toner out to us and their shipment was behind and they could get it to us in the next two weeks. I spoke with Tim, and he asked what kind of copier we were using, I gave him our Service number and he told me that their computer had gone down and they lost thousands of files so they couldn't look up our account that way. He faxed over an agreement so I check our files (I'm new at my job) and we have never used him before, or paid as much as he wants us to pay.
Scam, scam, scam.
Scam, scam, scam.

I received a call from Office Support Systems appologizing for a mistake they had made on a previous order.  They send they would send a free box of toner and honor our previous rate of about $600.  I told him I wasn't familiar with his company and asked for the contact name on the order.  He said he no one had placed this order as it was just a free box of toner.  He asked for my name and said someone would call tomorrow to confirm shipment.  Someone did call and I repeated that I did not place an order.  The caller seemed confused.  A few hours later the original person I talked to called back and reiterated that this was free toner and all future orders would stay at the original rate.  We received the toner that same week.  There was a shipping slip with it by no invoice.  Our AP department received the invoice and paid it without my knowledge.  We then received a second box of toner, this time with an invoice in the box.  I called the customer service number, told them I needed proof of the order.  They sent me a paper with my name on it, signed by Tony Mora Shipping Manager.  The paper stated I had placed the order and verified I was an authorized buyer for my company.  I had never seen this paper before.  I called customer service again and spoke with Mike Walters.  He said if I send back the toner they will cancel the invoice.  Fat chance.  I have our legal department working on this.  Scam, scam, scam.

I didn't get a call from that particular phone number, but the fax number I recognize. If anyone sees this number: 877-333-4320, be sure to hang up on those bastards! There are other complaints related to Office Support Systems, check out this link (my story is in there as well): http://www.callwiki.com/phones/view/877-333-4320

We received a call stating that we could get the toner at the old rate, and that prices were going to be going up. We ordered one and when we tried to contact the company all we got was a person answering the phones and stating that someone would call us back. To this day we have not received a call back. Thank goodness we did not open the toner. We just need an address to send the toner back to them via Fed-X that is not a post office box.

I received a call from these jurks after I had ordered from our regular supplier. They called to confirm my order. I don't know how they knew I needed toner. I should have suspected something was wrong when they wanted to confirm a lot of information they should already have.  I did speak to an a hole by the name of Jason Todd who said he was the account director @ 213-537-1910. I did get a fax from 877-333-4319 from Office Support Systems, Inc. yesterday. I have fired back a fax telling that I check with our supplier and was told this is a SCAM and will refuse the order if it arrives.

These a**holes called today and when I told them we already have a contract with our provider, he puts be on "hold" (or so he thinks), but he doesn't know the difference between mute and hold. I heard everything he was saying-- calling me an idiot, etc. When I confronted him about it, he just started childishly insulting me. It's funny that a toner seller thinks he can call other people idiots and insult them. Get a real job, loser and stop harassing people. What a scam!

Beware Beware Beware. This is a toner pirate company. They called one of our locations and told them they were our regular supplier. They then told them to call me. When they talked to me they said the same thing but would never give me the name of the business. I never gave an order so they called our other location back and told them they had talked to me. So they placed an order. Unfortunately I thought it was a different branch so I warned the wrong people. Now our entire company knows. From what I have researched they go under many different names: Office Support Systems (as of today), United One Supply, Interstate Distribution Center, and Hill Office Supplies. They are trying to charge us $600 for a toner we normally get for $105.

I had this guy, James Green, call me three times in the coarse on 24hrs asking if the office had contacted me to confirm my toner order. They said we had previously signed up for an 18month price guarntee and the price went up. But he talked to his boss and they said we could get the same price for 6more months. I asked him who he had previosly talked to at my work and he didnt have a name. Then he asked me if I wanted to start a new contract with them. When I told him where i work was going through a chance in ownership and I could not just go spend $620 he hung up on me. Im so sick of these guys trying to scam people. Something needs to be done!!

This pisses me off that people actually get away with this crap. "Julie" called and said she could get us toner at the cheaper rate for $249 and that the prices jumped to $302. I checked our Staples folder and we order 4 cartridges for $84!!!!! They called to confirm the order and I wasn't here. When I called back an answering machine picked up and I left a message for "Julie." 5 minutes later some guy named Ron Parsons called back from the shipping dept to confirm my order and I laughed at him and told him to have Julie call me. He said that he only receives faxes from the customer service dept and doesn't have the phone number. Bastards.

I got the same scamming phone call from these loosers. Claimed to be the company that I bought the machine from and said they "saved" us a toner at the cheaper price, since the prices were increased so drastically. Pirate "Georga" asked if I would be in on Monday and for my last name. They are definate scammers. BEWARE!!!!!!

This is Hill Office Supplies. They are a toner Pirate that says that the price of toner is going  up and they can sell us some at the current price now before the toner costs goes up. They send the toner out and charge $397.86 when the toner retail is $105. This bastard is a scam artist and should be stopped.

I just would like to start out with a section from the InfoWorld website:
"The FTC clearly states, "If you receive supplies or bills for services you didn't order, you don't have to pay, and you don't have to return the unordered merchandise. You may treat unordered merchandise as a gift. Report any scams you encounter to the FTC or by phone at 800-382-4357. If you are fired up, report the scammer to the Better Business Bureau in your area to alert other potential victims as well."
