I received a call from this number telling me I was going to receive a package today and an auditor was going to be coming next day to my business. All in spanish. I told her to repeat in English because I was not understianding her and she told me she did not speak  English very well. I told her I was busy and that I would call her back. She told me there was too many people in her offce and only she could help me. After I told her I was busy she got a little agitated. I tried calling the number and I got a recording that this number can not be dialed.

GOT A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER. THE GUY SPOKE SPANISH. ASKED IF ANYONE HERE SPOKE SPANISH i ASKED WHO HE WAS CALLING FOR AND HE HUNG UP. TRIED TO CALL THE NUMBER BACK, COULD NOT COMPLETE CALL TO THAT NUMBER.

I received the same phone call. His name was Jorge Stevens. The company he said he was calling from was Marshall Network Insurance. He also spoke in Spanish, and he needed to verify my routing numbers so he could send me statements. I told him I didn't know the routing number and he because to sort of get angry. I asked him to fax me the statements and he said he was going to "fed ex" them and I would receive them this afternoon. Sounded like a scam to me so I told him the owner would call him back. The owner called and it was a fax number.

DON'T BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY.

A woman called today idenfifying herself (in spanish) as a "Licenciada....." on behalf our  insurance company .  After asking for the mananger and telling me that we were in compliance  she said she needed to verified our bank account # and ABA and since I said I did not know , she told me to  get a check and she could walk me through... This is a scam.

They tried to verify our address,and I gave them a "Phony Dominican address". The girl was sooo confused, my boss couldn't stop laughing. Then another guy called ,he identified himself as Edwin Encarnacion,and I gave him the run around about our locations & phone numbers.The "name" of their company is Merchant Reapy NEtwork.

I received a call from this number and the woman, in spanish, was asking information about route number and bank account number. She said that was from an Insurance agent and she want to verify the information. She said the agent name was CARLOS. When we told her that we want to talk to Carlos, she hung up. Be very careful, this is a scam

Mucho cuidado estan llamando de ese número 18889990829 pidiendo el routing number para enviar un cheque y como ya tienen el número de la cuenta del banco la victima del fraude Se lo provee inocentemente, en realidad obtienen de esta forma la informacion necesaria para acceder a la cuenta del banco y toman el dinero Que desean en forma de debitos electronicos. A un familiar nuestro ya le paso y aunque cerro la cuenta del banco informando al banco de Los cheques Que solo el banco podia autorizar ellos tomaron el efectivo de todas formas

Our client gave them the routing number because they already have his bank account number. When he called us we told him the scam was  done because no matter he closed his bank account quick they took $340.00 from his bank account between 2 electronic cks

I just received a call from a lady that only spoke Spanish and she had a Dominican accent. We are a business and she called asking for my husband. When I inquired what she wanted, she advised me that she was calling about our company insurance and that someone would be coming by to bring my insurance certificate so I could display it with our licenses. When I asked her why was our insurance co. doing this as they never had before and then I spoke in English she  hung up. This is a scam. I quickly notified my agent who was not aware of this NEW scam.  DO NO GIVE MONEY TO ANYONE that come to your location stating they are from the insurance co.

This guy called our office twice today and when we asked that he provided the name of the co he worked for and further info he hung up. Total scam. Send complaints to the FTC https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/ and call your local police

they have called several times requesting our bank information for our practice insurance, her name is Diana Lopez and as soon as I asked again what company was he hung up

they took my informasion saying they where from the irs and that they needed all my infomation to make sure my taxes where to date and that they where goin to fax me papers never did its a scame.

I've had about 5 calls from various Spanish-only callers. They tell me that they are calling from the "insurance company". The first time I went along to see what it was they wanted. The lady said that "they" were conducting audits in our area (she gave me our street address) and said she wanted to make sure our policies were up to date. She wanted to verify our bank account number. I told her that the conversation was being recorded and that I knew it was a fraudulent call. She hung up. Just now a guy called with the same spiel. When I asked him which insurance company he was calling from he hung up on me.

This guy, Gilberto Jimenez, spanish speaker only, ask for my manager or any body is in charge of the business. I asked what was the call regarding. He said that he is calling from the Insurance and Correspndence department (Seguro y Correspondencia) and the business insurance policy was past due. He asked for my bank account or credit card number so he can get my account up to date. When I asked which insurance company he is calling from he hang up. I return the call to get more info, however, the phone line sounds busy. How conveniance.

Two months ago someone from this number called our office and they stole our banking information without it even being provided. Today, they called again and identified themselves as Robert Martinez from the "departamento de comercio" speaking in spanish that they were coming to our establishment for an inspection tomorrow. Once I asked him to tell me name of the organization in english he hung up. This is a SCAM!!!!
