Have gotten 3 calls from this number this morning (in the space of about 2 hours).  The one voice mail message from it was a hang up.  After the third call I got a text with it as a call back number.  Called it back and got the "this number has been disconnected" spiel.  What is this?  Besides annoying, of course.
