I had to make over five calls to Bell to get them to reverse the charges.  They told me that the company may send me a bill for their services, as well.  On my bill two calls were made at 11:25 and 11:26 in the evening (they were marked as "tech support" on my bill).  Obviously this is some kind of scam.

Bell must have done some digging to find out who this company is since they weren't able to give me any information at all when I called them.  Thanks so much for posting here to give me this information.

Also, you can put a 900 block on your phone line.  It will cost you $10 to do it but its well worth the peace of mind knowing that these 900 companies can't charge you again.

Did you have any luck with this?  It has appeared on my phone bill with charges of $27.  I have called Bell, and they have reversed the charge saying that a company called "Fast Track Global" will send me a bill for this.  Apparently it is supposed to be "passport services" - which I have not used.

I supposedly made two calls to this number at 11:25 in the evening and was charged $27 per phone call.  My phone provider, Bell Canada, refused to reverse the charges since they say the number was dialed from my home phone.

The two charges were billed as "tech support."  Bell Canada can't even tell me who this company is as they have no records indicating who they are.
