I keep getting a phone call from theses guys and they are Indian which tell me there officers and there a case against me but they will not tell the agency they represent I used to be an officer so I called the local sheriffs office fraud dept tossed what an be done waiting

yes they left me a threatening voicemail. i also called the police but was informed they didnt commit and actual crime yet. i reported to my attorney, fbi fraud site, and my attorney generals office. thanks for your reply

Yes, this is a fraud. I just had to call the police to my home. As these people/person left threatening voicemails. They are trying to say that I owe them money for a payday loan and that legal action will be rendered if I do not pay. The police officer said that this sounds like a pre-recording, just with my name added in, and that it's most likely someone impersonating an officer. I don't know what they said to you or if they left you a message but I'd call in a scam report if they did leave a message. I have the numbers:

The officer did inform me that they have not fully commited a crime, yet. Unless they get money out of you. No matter what do not fall for this as they are trying very hard to do so on my part as well.

i have been receiving calls from the above number.  they claim to be from the borough of legal department and from the borough of criminal identification. Says his name is mr. green. has my husbands last 4 digits of his ss#. claims there is legal action against him. is this a fraud and what should we do

I have received numerous calls from the investagation bereau saying they were gonna take action on my social and they have my address and im gonna be charge with fraud if i dont pay 132 every two weeks after i talked 2 one man i got connected to a charles green i told i was pregnant which i am and they just keep harrassing me they called my job got me fired and everything i would like to report these guess i also have they direct number stored in my phone...can u please help me

i have received numerous call from this number. the message is always from a middle eastern sounding dialect of a very rude individual indicating I have a pending case against me and he is with the Federal Bureau of Criminal Investigations. He then rqsts that my attorney on record of myself contact him. The one time I did call back, I was asked for personal information which they should have had if they truly had any type of case against me. I was truly calling to see who they were and what would be outstanding for me that a Federal agency needed to contact me. This is such a scam!! disregard this number.

I to received 3 calls from this number asking me or my lawyer to call them the call the number was area code 347, where ever that is and it's a woman who I could not understand. I have know ideal who or what this is. Can someone tell me how do I get on the don't call list.

I keep getting calls from this number. Just today i received 5 calls in 20 min. time. I kept hanging up, because there was terrible feed back, and I couldn't understand what they were saying. 5th call was from someone named Mike Watson. he said he was from bureau of criminal identification and that i had 3 complaints from a company named cash.net. i've never even heard of this company. These calls are very annoying. the worst part is they are calling me at work. what should i do.

I received a message on my answering machine from an officer charles green telling me my name and address and claiming that  i have 3 criminal accounts against me and to give him a call and get more details and to pay money to settle it and have no idea you and why they would call me.

This is the second number, the first was from new york, calling me regarding a legal action being taken against me. It is always a middle eastern sounding man with a name of Charles Green, the first it was Officer Shawn or something like that. This time howeverhe really tried to get me by reciting my address and last four of my social on my voicemail, which lets face it you can get anywhere. Please do not be scammed these "men" are trying to get account #s and full socials. I noticed also that they stopped calling my cell after i registered and reported the new york # to the ftc and now this call came to my work number which I just registered as well. If you recieve a call like this or from any company called the Criminal Bureau of Investigation please disregard!!

this is my second call that i got from a travis from a legal department saying that i have a complaint from a loan company and that they have my social secruity number the guy that called has a heavy accent what should i do.

Call your State Attorney General's Office and file a complaint.  I did they are not law enforcement people.

If you get calls from these people, it is an extortion scam.  I started receiving calls from these scumbags after I applied for a $400 PayDay loan in December (stupid idea) when my car needed major repairs right before Christmas.  They speak with very thick Indian accents, and claim they re from "The Dispute Resolution Center" and I am being sued for $7000 from Cash Advance America.  I was only able to get this information by being very difficult and asking who the client was, what documentation of the original debt was, etc, etc.  The first guy couldn't handle me and pretended he didn't hear me, then he hung up on me.  He called me back and asked me, "Did you hang up on me Cara?"  I started arguing with him and he pretended to transfer the call to his supervisor "John Franklin." Called me 3 times in the last 20 minutes.  Thick accent so I could not understand him with that but then with the obvious call center background noise.  Simple English last name and he tore it to shreds so obviously not American

i received a call today from a charles ext. 7001 stating that i owe cash net money and if I didnt pay that they will file legal documents with the courts in my state. I have never applied for a payday loan or any other loan with this company. I cursed his tail out and told him to take his none english speaking a** back to were he came.

My mother received a call today from Officer Jim Black who very much was from India.  She is over 70 years old and does not need this hassle.  It appears your information is being sold to second parties from the payday loan companies.  Fortunately, my mom had all receipts and was paid in full.   THIS IS A SCAM.  TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW!!!

They called me also, Sgt. Charles Green. It is a scam, Everyone needs to report this to the Attorney's Generals Office of your state. These calls are illegal.

They said i owed restitution and would be arrested if i didnt pay. They actually called my mom and told her. THOSE DIRTY MOTHERF@#$%S!!!!!!!!!
