this is a telemarketing center with various phone numbers for the St. Jude Hospital for Children.  A great organization and I have made donations to them, but this is not a good way to seek contributions, and I called their donation center and explained that to them.  You can ask to be put on their DO NOT CALL list and they will do that for you.  I was getting 2 to 5 calls from them every day and it makes one feel that maybe one doesn't want to donate anymore.

I have received numerus calls from 901-254-8953. When I answer no one says anything!  Although nothing is said it is still very annoying to receive the calls.  I had no idea that someone is trying to associate Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital in a scam. Saint Jude does not do things this way. They are a fantastic hospital that has treated a very close friend of ours. They advertise for donations on tv and through the mail. I have never been approached for a donation from them over the phone. SCAMMER BEWARE! What goes around comes around! Someday it could be a child of your family who needs Saint Jude.  Not every hospital can do the things they do. They are truly a miracle for some children! Also, when I get these calls, since I am from TN they show up as TN call. Some cell calls do here as well, but this is a LAND LINE number. Please just STOP!

DO NOT CALL

They call every day. The caller ID reads  "anonymous".  If the number is unfamiliar to me I don't answer the phone and I let the answering machine take the call. They never leave a message.

Repeated calls from this number, caller id indicates "private caller", they never leave a message. They call as often as 5 times weekly. Not sure if they are representing St. Jude's. They are wasting their time calling me. I do not donate to anyone who calls me. I may donate if I receive a request in the mail from a legitimate organization.

This number comes up as anonymous in my caller ID. Very annoying.

Calls everyday caller ID says St Judes they hang up if you answer

We are continually receiving calls everyday from 901-254-8953 at 6:00 p.m. Monday thru Saturday.  Caller ID saying it's St. Jude.  I have called the same number back and confirmed that it is St. Jude asking for donations.  We have told them "NO" we cannot donor this year.  Due to continued calls, I doubt we will ever donate again in the future.  I sent an e-mail to them asking to stop these calls and no one replied and the calls continued.  I want these calls to stop.  If I have to I will report them to phone company and then the Attorney General's Office if they don't.  I am very disappointed with St. Jude having them treat us this way.  We have donated numerous times in the past.

I receive calls from this number at appropriate times, i.e late night time calls also numerous during the day.

I have received calls from 901-254-8953 and 901-881-2190 both saying St. Judes. St. Judes does not call for donations. I receive written requests for donations that are not from Tn. Not sure where they fit in but am sick of the phone calls. I do donate to them, however, that will end if the calls continue.

On my caller id it just said Private Name.  Thry call everyday.  I never answer and they don't leave message.  Annoying.

This # keeps calling with the ID of St. Jude.  They call at all hours of the day and night and even on Sunday.  Yes, I did contribute to THE St. Jude's Hospital, and they keep sending dunning mailings, but these phone calls, which I do not answer, are extremely annoying.  I now pick up and hang up.  Nothing seems to work.  Hopefully, they will get tired and stop.

Yes St. Jude was a saint for incurable illnesses

I just called to get taken off the call list and I questioned if they were from ST. Jude's in Memphis TN.  No! but we do call for them?? They also asked for my name which I did not give them but they did have my phone number. I wonder if this is a legit call from that great hospital?

I have received 5 calls in the past 7 days from 3 different numbers (including this one) that claim to be from St. Jude.  I don't know St. Jude but he does not appear to be a saint.  Seems more like a pest or worse.  St. Jude should do something about these telemarketers.  I am certainly less likely to donate to St. Jude because of this aggravation.

Pressing one does take you to the option of Pressing 3 to be removed from the call list.

EG, this is NOT St. Jude Children's Hosptial.  It's a company going by the name of "St. Jude" which is looking to scam people into believing they are the famous Hospital.  St. Jude Children's Hospital does not make calls looking for money.....all their money come from donations which are not solicited for.

This call is from St. Jude's Children's hospital.  If you no longer wish to be called by this number, just call the number back.  You will then hear a short message followed by the option to press 1 to be removed from the call list.

My caller ID showed Level 3 Communications Memphis, Tn.  They call every day. Blocked them on another # and they called using this #  901-254-8953.
