I have been extremely pleased with the products I have received from Creative Product Source. Tiffany Lucas is my sales rep and I look forward to her calls each month.  She is always so helpful and full of  ideas for my marketing. I have always encountered excellent customer service this company.

Creative Products keeps calling everyday despite being told to be taken off the calling list. We do not answer any more.

After reading the other compliants, I see that this call falls into the same type of 'nuisance' call.  They initially call our front desk and don't identify themselves or why they are calling.  They ask to speak with head of the department and never leave a message.

I stopped answering the phone calls of Creative products after their 3-5 phone calls a day. They then started calling from 901-302-4400. I called this number back and was advised by Kristy to get the name of the sales rep calling and she would tell them to stop calling. They are aggressive and very annoying and I AM FED UP!!!

sure they did. just wait.

That guy Mike Castle is relentless and a pest!  I've actually purchased from him and that was likely my biggest mistake.  I've explained that we are a small police department that doesn't need to purchase "cases" of crime scene tape or rubber medical gloves.  I particularly get annoyed as he rambles on through the seemingly endless list of crap and asks me repeatedly, "Now ask me the best part."  

Anyway, we screen the call number through our system and let it go to voice mail...they never leave a voice mail.  Also, tell your dispatchers and office assistants not to fall for the "CPS" response when asking who he is with.

They are RELENTLESS!!!! I called and asked our department be removed from their list. Within TWO MINUTES they were calling back. They just don't get it. Cindi is VERY pushy, even after I explained our budgetary constraints. She JUST doesn't get it.

They keep calling after we have told them repeatedly that we don't want anything and to please stop calling. They are very rude.

I have also had problems with calls from Creative Products from Mike Miller. I called the 877-904-4277 and talked to the supervisor. He was very nice and said he would take care of the problem and our number would be taken off of their list. Thanks for your post.

THIS COMPANY HAS CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES, MY DIRECTOR TRIED TO BE NICE, I HAVE TRIED TO BE NICE.  IT'S HIGH TIME FOR A NEW APPROACH!!!
EACH TIME THEY CALL, I TELL THEM THAT WE DON'T WANT ANY OF THEIR PRODUCT, ASK TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR.  USUALLY THAT GETS A DISCONNECTED CALL.  BUT ON A COUPLE OF OCCASSIONS I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO SPEAK TO SUPERVISOR.  
I REQUEST TO BE PUT ON THE "DO NOT CALL" LIST, AND AM ASSURED THAT THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF IT.  ONLY TO BE BOMBARDED 2-3 DAYS LATER, A FLOOD OF CALLS AGAIN.  

TODAY, FOR THE UMPTEENTH TIME, I TOLD THE PERSON ON THE OTHER END -- "NO, YOU MAY NOT SPEAK TO P-----, AND DO NOT CALL THIS OFFICE AGAIN TRYING TO SELL, WE WILL NOT BE BUYING PRODUCT FROM YOU ALL!!!"        HER RESPONSE WAS THIS //////

A guy named Brent from this number keeps calling asking to talk to me even though I am the boss and I do not take sales calls.  Sales people are supposed to email me. This guy REFUSES to listen to "no".  I want them to stop calling my library.  Our library phone number is on the do not call registry and they keep calling us.

Sales rep "Zack Brown" was extremely rude and aggressive. Complete JERK.....

We received a call from a subject who identified himself as Mike Castle;  When asked who he was with he said CPS;  when asked what CPS stood for he said Child Protective Services.  I interrupted our chief of police to speak to him.  The first question out of the chief was "are you a salesman?"  He lied and said no then proceeded to try to sell him something.  The Chief was extremely upset.  Someone needs to do something about this kind of behavior, especially when it disrupts police work.

They have called here 4 times this morning. Have told them I do not want to purchase anything form them, They demanded to talk with the Chief of Police. Told her I was the Chief but she became more rude, Hung up. Will contact the State of OKlahoma Attorney Generals office about this company, they love to find these type of folks harrassing people

The sales staff from this number are very annoying, I agree. They are rude to our secretary when they call our office and they lie and say someone else told them to call just to try to get to talk to the director and then it turns out to be a sales call.

this caller is annoying and when we ask her to take our number off of her calling list, she states that she doesnt have a list

"MINDY" has called our office many times for 2 days demanding to speak to our Chief, rude to my staff. I spoke to her, she was extremely rude to me, I told her she wasn't speaking to the Chief and she hung up. I contacted the Vice President of Marketing, supposedly her boss, Mary. We will se if she calls me back.

Funny, because I make the purchasing decisions for these products for our agency and had a meeting this morning in my office regarding such a purchase.  Too bad "Mindy" doesn't know how to represent her company and was so rude.

The person who calls from Creative Productions identifies himself as Jeremy Turner and is EXTREMELY RUDE to my assistant manager.  I've told him we do not need to order anything and he continues to call -over and over and over....it is RIDICULOUS, as well as a nuisance.

If you will call the number back, you get an answering machine/voice mail.  I've decided to call it everyday and leave my number, asking them to please call me.  If and when they do, I'm going to ask to be removed from their calling list.  It may not get the sales calls to stop, but it will be taking up their time!!!!!   PLEASE JOIN ME!

Good Luck Everyone.  We've been telling them to stop calling, and they continue to call.  They are extremely RUDE when you don't let them talk to the Chief.  Sometimes they aren't even paying attention as to what Dept. they are calling.  Yesterday they asked me about a PD that's 3 towns away. DUH!!!

Some guy CHRIS MILLER from this number called our office and demanded to speak to our director.. Anyone that KNOWS our director calls him by his short name, not full name.. This guy was VERY rude and kept saying "I NEED TO SPEAK TO *****" and demanded to know when he would be in.. very OBNOXIOUS..

Tried to tell me they just got off the phone with our director. Not a name I recognized. Thank goodness for caller ID>

We kept getting calls for "Chief"; I finally called the number and asked them to take us off their list.  They obliged.  We'll see.

I am sooo tired of telling these people they cannot speak to the Chief.  Stop calling.  If we wanted to buy something, we would call them.  DUH!!!
