They too called my cell and ask by my name. I don't know how they knew my name and how they knew my cellphone number. They wanted to know my info and I didn't give it to them and they hung up.

This number was calling me over and over about 3 months ago...blocked it after seeing it was spam.  after 90 days (or whatever verizon has) they lift who was blocked...these started popping back up.  crazy!!  blocking again, and using mr number.  

Great! I filled out a survey to receive a free Diabetic Cookbook. I guess I have more of these calls to look forward to. Oh well, Thanks to Caller ID, I don't have to answer their calls.

Canyon Healthcare, LLC (101 Diabetic Supplies) is approved by Medicare. I have an e-mail from Medicare in DC (today) listing them as one of their approved bidders as of July, 2013.
I had sent an inquiry to Medicare as the one I was using closed.

I am not sure who Life Scan is. They are not on the list I received  from Medicare.

Canyon is involved in a number of health related companies (medical equip., nursing homes, etc.

They will not stop calling me. It's 11am and they're on their second call today. This is ridiculous.

I'm getting multiple calls from this number.  It keeps calling if I screen the call and not answer

IF that number is Canyon... if it is... Life Scan Inc, that sell One Touch diabetic meters told me that Canyon is one of the Medicare endorsed companies who sells their meters.  I have the list of twenty companies who got the Medicare contracts and Canyon IS NOT ONE OF THEM! I answered the first call and they asked to speak to the diabetic person. I told them there wasn't one in this household. They called again the very same day.  These calls came just two days after I spoke to Life Scan, inquiring about diabetic meters, for someone else. In case anyone wants to check with Life Scan about selling oncoming call phone numbers???  , their phone number is 1-800-227-8862.   Also, The number Life Scan gave for Canyon, who I NEVER called, is 1-855-522-6966.   The FCC needs to find a way to shut these harassers  down. DO NOT CALL >>>DOES NOT WORK!!!

  901-317-3434 has called me numerous times. I asked who they were and was told they were Canyon Health Care. They wanted to talk more with me but I told them to send me information. Instead, they said to email <canyonhealthcare.com>.It is a very generic website with no product depth or description on it

I received a call from this number for free medical item  .then I stated yes  I would try it  and they asked for my personal information  and then they told me I did not quiltfy

I received a call from this number regarding FREE medical item - then after stating YES I would try it - I was asked for all my personal information dob insurance number etc etc etc etc etc - this is dangerous since it is unknown WHO is wanting this private information and what Identification purposes they may use that information for.

"Arlington TN" showed up on my landlady's caller ID. Memphis suburb but still.
